Excellent welcome, very friendly staff. My studio was equipped with a sofa bed. Everything was very clean and very pleasant to live in. The only negative point is that being out of the way, we couldn't easily find a place to eat.

The hotel is ideally located right in the heart of Rennes' old town, perfect for exploring on foot. Parking is convenient, with a paid underground car park accessible 24/7. Just a heads-up: the market is held in Place des Lices every Saturday. After passing through a quiet inner courtyard (where you can also enjoy a drink), you'll reach the check-in desk. The welcome was perfectly professional, much like what you'd expect from a Mama Shelter hotel. The room is spacious and features modern decor. An umbrella is provided (which can certainly come in handy in Brittany!), but there are no facilities for coffee, tea, or hot beverages. There's a mini-fridge with two bottles of water and a safe. Please note that a €50 per day deposit is charged immediately and refunded within a few days after your departure.

A good stay in peace, just a smoker has the floor below which was uncomfortable. Sorry not having a room with windows. We're less appreciated with hairdressers because we have no views on the outside

This time we stayed in a four-person room. Although it has a double sofa bed, the room feels very spacious and open. The kitchenette is well-equipped, and there’s a round table where we can enjoy breakfast in the room. Overall, it feels clean and tidy, and the terrace is large enough to sit outside and enjoy the sea breeze. The front desk service is excellent, and the whole family, including the two kids, really enjoyed this hotel.

The hotel is really ideal for a stay in Saint Malo! The hotel is a perfect place to enjoy the beauty of the city. A note that a relaxed area with swimming pool is privatizable for 45min, I've been able to enjoy the last time at 22:00, I strongly recommend it!
