The B&B environment was incredibly comfortable, clean, and tidy, with all the amenities you could need. The backyard parking lot was huge, the location was excellent, very close to the lake. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, and their responses were prompt. Overall, a perfect experience! It offers fantastic value for money, and I felt completely at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

This is my second stay at the Guanhu Hotel, and once again, its location and ambiance are exceptional, with great facilities to match. Being able to overlook Qinghai Lake from the hotel and enjoy the stunning sunrise from the terrace makes it the top choice for any visit to Qinghai Lake – truly outstanding! 👍 What truly stands out is the restaurant service. The food was delicious, and the service was incredibly friendly. We arrived quite late, and they thoughtfully delivered our meal to our room. Great food, beautiful scenery, and good company – what more could you ask for? A special shout-out to the ******* sisters, Kua Benji, Gengzang Zhuoma, and Duojie Zhuoma, for their attentive and meticulous service during the meal delivery. They even promptly returned my wife's important crossbody bag, which she had left in the restaurant, leaving a lasting impression and earning our sincere thanks! 👍🌹 All in all, it was an unforgettable May Day trip to Qinghai Lake, and I will definitely be returning to Guanhu Hotel on my next visit!

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the train station and offers excellent value for money. We even received complimentary welcome fruit. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they proactively asked if we needed station pick-up service, along with attending to other thoughtful details. During check-in, they also kindly reminded us that the weather gets quite cold in the mornings and evenings and advised us to dress warmly, which was incredibly considerate. The room was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast selection was varied and perfectly to my liking, and enjoying breakfast on the 11th floor with a mountain view was a fantastic experience! Highly recommended!!!

The room was much larger than I expected, with a great layout. I could spread out my luggage without any issues and still had plenty of space to move around. It felt as comfortable as a suite. The hotel is incredibly close to Xining High-Speed Railway Station and the bus station, easily within walking distance. This is a perfect choice for anyone needing to catch an early train or those arriving late and wanting to rest quickly, saving both time and effort. The overall environment is quiet, the hygiene is excellent, and the service is very good. Highly recommended!

The hotel boasts an overall vintage French design, and the lobby's decor is elegant and stylish, creating a great ambiance. However, the facilities are noticeably outdated. The room interiors, appliances, and bathroom fixtures show clear signs of age and general wear, lacking proper renovation and maintenance. The breakfast experience was quite disappointing. The selection wasn't extensive, and what really impacted the experience was that most hot dishes were lukewarm throughout, indicating very poor insulation, which significantly detracted from the taste. On the bright side, the service deserves commendation. The front desk and concierge staff were warm, friendly, and highly responsive. They were very patient during check-in and with inquiries, showing great attention to detail. Overall, the hotel excels in service and its retro aesthetic, but there's significant room for improvement in both hardware and breakfast quality.

My stay at Xining Chaidamu International Hotel was excellent! It's ideally located in the heart of Haihu New District, right next to a commercial area, making getting around super convenient. The lobby is grand and elegant, and the room was spacious and clean with comfortable bedding and great soundproofing. The humidifier was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the underground parking was very convenient. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money, perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located near the Chaka Salt Lake. The hotel does offer room with oxygen supply for guests who are concern over high altitude sickness. We were there during low season and breakfast choices were very limited. I would like to comment on the wonderful service of the staff who went up and above to assist the us. The staff offered to take care of our laundry as timer on the dryer was not working and it's unclear when the laundry load can be dried. Would recommend this hotel to folks who plan to stay overnight in Chaka.

Very good hotel, the town is very small, this accommodation is particularly good, the service is good, recommend the knife noodle shop next to the hotel, the big plate chicken is particularly big! Super delicious, I heard that it was opened by an Anhui boss, the dishes are all fresh and fried, the vegetables are also very delicious! The price in the town is not low, but this store is delicious.

The location is excellent, very convenient and easily accessible to nearby attractions, shopping areas, and food options, which made the whole trip much more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and I could tell that the housekeeping standards are consistently good. The staff were also friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed, which added to the overall positive experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient as well. Back in Xining, I didn't hesitate to choose the Wanda Vista Hotel again. The hotel entrance had a lovely aroma that immediately uplifted our spirits. The grand and bright lobby also helped to alleviate our altitude sickness. Since it was a holiday, there were many guests, but everyone was queuing in an orderly fashion. Upon entering the room, we could see the mountain view. At this time of year, green shoots are just starting to appear, giving a vibrant and flourishing feel. The breakfast service was warm and attentive, creating a comfortable and pleasant dining atmosphere. The variety and taste of the food met our needs perfectly. Originally, there was an airport shuttle bus stop right outside the hotel, but it wasn't operating recently. I asked the hotel staff, and they mentioned that due to a recent state visit and subsequent traffic control, the service hasn't been restored yet. I hope the airport shuttle service will be back up and running next time I return, making travel more convenient.
