Hotel is located outside of the city centre. It takes 5 mins by bus and 25 mins by walk to reach the city centre. The bus stop is nearby. Not much food options near the hotel, only there are KFC and a fish and chips shop. The hotel is clean, room is cleaned every day. Breakfast is English style with same menu every day. The breakfast is served from 7 am which is late as we had to catch coach for daytrip which starts from city centre at 7:30. Though I had booked room with breakfast from Trip.com, the receptionist was asking to book the breakfast again as it seems trip.com doesn't share the breakfast booking with hotel. So receptionist asked to show the proof of breakfast booking which was awkward. Other than this minor issues, overall experience was good.

The staff were incredibly friendly & tentative. Had a really good bar supper. Breakfast was very good. The pool is lovely with the hot tub. The hotel in general is very tired & desperately in need of an Upgrade. Some rooms have new bathrooms. Others in need. Limited hot water in the evening we were there. Showers in the spa changing rooms waste of space - non functional. The rooms were very comfortable. No complaints at all. Good cleanliness. It’s a 3 star hotel. It’s good value for what you get where. I’d definitely go & stay there again. Manage your expectations. You’re not going to luxury. You’re going to comfortable, country hotel that needs a lot of licks of paint & modernisation. Perfectly comfortable, pleasant stay. Don’t go if you want luxury. If you want down to earth, basic but very comfortable for all needs with good facilities, this is great.

The room is clean and comfortable, but there is no air-conditioning and it can be a little hot sometimes. The temperature sense is different in different rooms, you can ask the front desk. But it's fine to live in.

The room was spacious enough for 3 people with luggages. The view from the room was very nice with the lake and mountains. Our room was at ground level so we had direct access from our room to outside which is the lakeside and it was very nice. but keep the doors closed all times after used as it is near the lakeside and ground level. we saw a snake (not poisonous) in the grass outside the room in the early morning. The foods and drinks at the restaurant was nice although abit pricey. The view from the restaurant during breakfast in the morning was beautiful. You can bring swimsuits if u want to use the Hot spring in the hotel. We didn’t get to use but it looked nice. There is a co-op near the hotel. The only thing I wish they were better during our stay was the attitude of some staffs. The guy with the bald head was kinda rude to us during breakfast.

We were sightseeing in Edinburgh and then headed up to Inverness, and this hotel was our chosen accommodation. It's a resort-style hotel, nestled in a very spacious and quiet mountainous area. There are plenty of things to see and do, like dinosaur sculptures and playgrounds, and it's great for walks. We only stayed one night, and it felt too short! The breakfast didn't have a huge selection, but it was delicious.

The hotel is definitely not a 4 star. Top range 3 star at best. The room was clean. It was advertised as a king sized bed, however putting 2 single beds together is very misleading. The Italian restaurant, the staff are nice but the service is very very slow. Took me an hour to get food. The location is ideal. The sports centre is good and spacious. The pool is good fun. The gym needs a complete modernisation program. Not enough equipment and in a very small room. The sports centre could utiltse space more effectively and have a state of the art gym in the other bigger rooms. It would be used well, however this is sadly not the case. I will return and use this hotel in the future. The price is not cheep and if your expecting Hilton quality then this is not the hotel for you.

The facility is rather dated although they renovated parts of it. The food at their aspects restaurant was outstanding. The beef tip was so tender n their cod was very fresh. We liked it so much we went back the following night n was pleased with their rump steak also. Their reception area was tiny n was not very welcoming custodial service was not provided the second day claiming they were out of linens Overall it was a quiet 3 night stay n we ere surprised they were not busier

Maybe it's in a tourist area, the price/performance ratio is average because of the supply and demand relationship. The English breakfast in the hotel in the morning is very stylish.

I went to school with my friends 11 years ago and left a good impression at that time. This time I brought my parents and children, and I was still very satisfied! I really like the tranquil atmosphere here. There is also a historical abbey We stayed for two days and we didn't feel enough. The room facilities are great! The kitchen equipment has everything, even the dumplings! The cleaning supplies are also very comprehensive, and a large scale of entertainment equipment is also prepared, which is really like a home. (I also saw Paul's bird map book! I only went to the bird watching competition where he was a judge a while ago, so fate haha) A hotel's intimate welcome gift package, buy some more supermarket next to the gas station nearby, enough to open fire to eat, the family feels too comfortable. I also prepared a small gift for the child. In the morning, push the door out to the lawn, go to the river for a walk, encounter rabbits, play chess with children in the entertainment room at night, this is life! You can also barbecue in summer. I think there are a lot of things that can be written here, and I want to give all the praises to this hahaha. This price is really worth it!

The hotel is very good and very comfortable.
