I had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Kinshasa. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. The location is excellent, there is not much traffic jam in the city, and the breakfast is rich. The guests are quite satisfied with the accommodation this time. It would be even better if there is Chinese food. It is recommended to introduce a Chinese restaurant.

Beautiful place to stay, the rooms are very clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast with so many choices. The only problem is the noise coming from outside (the market or street) as the hotel is located in a very busy commercial area. Apart from that, can’t wait to go back. Thanks

JJINGThe first time I stayed, I felt awful. Booked the business room and suite online and paid for it. It was more than 3 o'clock in the afternoon, and even said that the room had not been vacated. Waiting for an hour and a half at the front desk, only a few rooms were vacated, and the room type was still inconsistent. In this case, the front desk also said that it would have to pay $75. The plane that drove late at night, we left at 21 o'clock.

The room facilities are relatively outdated, and there is basically nothing, not even shower gel is provided. The breakfast has very few types, and I insist on filling my stomach.
