The location is excellent, there is not much traffic jam in the city, and the breakfast is rich. The guests are quite satisfied with the accommodation this time. It would be even better if there is Chinese food. It is recommended to introduce a Chinese restaurant.

The shuttle bus was very clean and had wifi. The hotel was also clean and tidy, with a restaurant on the first floor, a swimming pool and a bar.

I had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Kinshasa. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. I also enjoyed the food and the overall ambiance of the hotel. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kinshasa.

The first time I stayed, I felt awful. Booked the business room and suite online and paid for it. It was more than 3 o'clock in the afternoon, and even said that the room had not been vacated. Waiting for an hour and a half at the front desk, only a few rooms were vacated, and the room type was still inconsistent. In this case, the front desk also said that it would have to pay $75. The plane that drove late at night, we left at 21 o'clock.

Beautiful place to stay, the rooms are very clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast with so many choices. The only problem is the noise coming from outside (the market or street) as the hotel is located in a very busy commercial area. Apart from that, can’t wait to go back. Thanks

Overall acceptable but one of the frontdesk re eptionist is very agressive and not helpful .. the other receptionists were nice . The hotel doesn't have any amenities , gym is in bad condition , swimming pool is more of a fountain than it is a pool

After all, it’s free; the food cooked by the chef is delicious, and the price is okay. It’s only 20 US dollars for a full meal. Well, no problem at all; the facilities in the guest room are a bit lacking, there is no mineral water, toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, etc. You need to contact the guest room staff. . . Overall, I felt that I was very happy staying here for two days. I recommend trying their various masalas, which taste really good. . .
