The hotel is nice, clean, and well maintained. The aqua park and playground are great, and the dinner was excellent. The entire facility is pleasant, the rooms are very good, and overall we enjoyed many aspects of our stay. However, considering the price of the hotel, there were several disappointing points. The reception staff did not seem particularly professional. At check-out, the service was not very friendly, and the reception area is quite small considering the size of the hotel, so it seemed that guests often had to wait. While dinner was excellent, breakfast was rather average. I could not find proper traditional butter despite checking several small bowls where it appeared to be served. This may seem like a small detail, but considering the delicious Hungarian bread available, it was a shame not to have good-quality butter (82% butter). The biggest disappointment, however, was the SPA. At around 10:00 AM, all of the saunas were either completely cold or barely warm. The lady at the SPA reception did not seem particularly surprised when I mentioned this. What was even more disappointing was that nobody informed me during check-in at the SPA reception that this section was not operating properly. Overall, the hotel has many positive qualities, but for the price, I expected a higher level of service and attention to detail.

We stayed for 1 night in transit. I really liked the architecture of the hotel. There is a swimming pool in the yard and bicycle rental. The room is chic, spacious, clean and cosy. Large balcony. Pleasant and polite staff. There's a lake nearby.

“+” 2х-комнатные просторные апартаменты на берегу Балатона, большая лоджия с видом на озеро, кухня со всем необходимым, 2 холодильника, внизу крытый бассейн, 2 джакузи, баня, тренажёрный зал. “-” Регистрация только электронная, номер изрядно поношенный, раскладной диван неудобный, выселение уже в 10:00, лоджия загажена по краям птицами, чьи гнезда висят внутри балкона. 🤔 В целом хороший вариант.

The five-star hotel in the small town of Xi'oufok, the hotel has a good environment, beyond expectations, there is an indoor heated swimming pool and an outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast is a la carte form, next time if you come to Balaton Lake, you will choose here.

Originally booked for one night, I felt that the overall was not bad, so I booked another night, but the room was not cleaned at all, and even the basic bath towels were not updated. I really couldn't understand this operation. It looks like a good hotel. After I checked in, I found various problems. The bathroom smelled great. There would be a lot of water splashing in the bathroom. But breakfast is really worthy of praise, very good. The hotel also has a restaurant, which has been recommended by Michelin for several years. It was not on the list in 2025. I ate here for 2 nights. I think why I didn't continue to be on the list. The ingredients for the first night were good. We had a very good experience. The second night was the same pork chop as the previous day. The result was a very bad taste. It should be that the ingredients were not fresh. I asked the waiter to come over. The result was that I left. No apology, The ~ is to take the menu to order again, and finally check out normally, no one came to say hello, as if nothing had happened. So those winning certificates full of walls explain what. Forget it, I still don't recommend this one.
