GGuest UserI stayed at the Hotel Royal Continental and was very satisfied. The absolute strongest point is the location, simply excellent. The room turned out to be very comfortable, spacious, and equipped with every comfort to ensure a great rest. A positive mention also for the breakfast, which was really good. Definitely an experience to repeat.

ЭэвкитIt was a really nice vacation. The cabins aren't very comfortable or cozy, but they're cheap. Staying in mini-cabins by the sea is a great idea.
The bathroom door wouldn't close, and you had to pay for Wi-Fi. Mobile internet barely worked.
There's a private beach and pool. You can't swim in the pool without a swimming cap, and you have to pay for sun loungers on the beach, although the beach is undoubtedly very cool and beautiful, albeit small.
The road is more complicated. We were housed at the very bottom, and we had to walk uphill for about 10 minutes just to get from the campsite to the road, although you can pay and call a transfer from the hotel. We had trouble with buses, so we walked 40 minutes to the city. We're young, so it wasn't a problem for us, especially since the road is very beautiful. Regina Giovanna took us to Bagni Bay, a 20-minute walk. I highly recommend it.

AaurorayeThis is the biggest chain hotel in Sorrento, located halfway up the hill, about a 10-15 minute walk to the city center's pedestrian street. Transportation is quite convenient.
The hardware facilities are fine, and the breakfast is plentiful, with a chef making omelets on the spot.
However, the service is truly awful! Check-in was incredibly slow. First, they couldn't find my reservation, then they mixed up names. Just because Chinese people share the same surname, do they automatically assume we're the same person? Laughable!
Naturally, the room we were given had the wrong setup. We booked a triple room, but as photo 3 shows, the bed should have been made, and all the amenities were only for two people. We had to go to the front desk ourselves to get more. We tried calling, they said 'OK,' but nothing was delivered all night.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend it, unless the price drops significantly.

GGuest UserWe originally booked Hotel Aequa for one night and extended our stay to seven nights, which reflects how comfortable and convenient the experience was overall.
The pictures show the lovely pictures of the compound. Very pet friendly. The hotel is very well located as a base for exploring the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, and Naples. It offers a quieter and more practical alternative to staying in the more crowded tourist areas, while still providing easy access to key destinations.
The room was comfortable, with a balcony that provided a good view. The ground floor common areas are spacious and well laid out, creating a pleasant environment to relax outside of the room.
Breakfast is consistent and enjoyable, with items such as hot chocolate and a well-prepared cheese omelette. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay.
Housekeeping is reliable, with rooms cleaned daily and maintained to a good standard. The hotel also provides a private car park at a reasonable rate of 15 euros per day, which is particularly convenient for those driving in the region. There is a lift available, making it easy to access rooms with luggage.
Amenities are very good overall, contributing to a comfortable and well-managed stay. The hotel offers a balanced combination of convenience, comfort, and value, making it a strong choice for travelers exploring this part of Italy.

GGuest UserWe arrived at 1030am and were informed that the check in was at 3pm. Asked twice because we thought it was later than usual. The lady with spectacles insisted it was 3pm. Checked online later, found out it was after 2:30pm. If the room wasn’t ready, she could have just said it so, instead of misleading us. Second, this was the only hotel in entire Italy that didn’t even offer free water bottles. You would find it in the mini bar and it costs 3 euros. The amenities consisted of paper cups and small bottles of body wash/ shampoo which weren’t replaced the next day, so we had to make do with what little soap was left. The bed was put horribly together. The bathroom had mold in so many corners, the walls were dirty, didn’t seem like it was thoroughly cleaned in years.
The good thing was that there was spare pillows, a balcony with table & chair. The breakfast was one of the better breakfast we had in Italy. The location was amazing, 1km to the port and there was a grocery shop nearby. The price was also reasonable (250 euro per night) when we booked. However we considered extending our stay and checked two weeks before we were due to arrive and it had gone up more than 50%, at which point I don’t think it was worth it.

KKas1Mixed feelings about my stay at Grand Hotel Parco del Sole in Sant’Agnello.
There are some genuinely good points: the garden and pool are well-maintained, and the entrance is magnificent with palm trees that make you feel like you’re arriving at a grand villa. The shuttle service to and from Sorrento is also a convenient plus.
However, the hotel feels like it’s past its glory days. It seems it’s now mainly serves British package holidaymakers, and many rules feel outdated. For example, you must return pool towels to reception upon checkout, and they keep your ID at check-in for about 30 minutes to make a copy—both inconvenient and old-fashioned practices.
The breakfast is very standard with terrible coffee, which is particularly shameful for Italy. But the worst part was the outdoor seating area in the breakfast restaurant—it was filthy, seemingly not cleaned for a year or longer. Bird droppings and general grime made it unpleasant to eat there.
Overall, while the property has potential with its beautiful grounds, the outdated policies, and cleanliness issues make it hard to fully recommend.

GGuest UserIf you want to visit Positano, staying here is a relatively cheap option. It takes about 20 minutes to get here by water taxi from Positano, and the cost seems to be 50 euros. It takes about 70 minutes by bus, and it seems to be a few dollars per person, which is much cheaper. The mountain road is winding but the scenery is very good. There is a bus stop at the door of the hotel. If you are carsick, you should take a boat, which is faster. If you mind a relatively large budget, it is recommended to stay in Positano. However, the restaurant on the rooftop of this hotel is delicious and cheap, about 50 euros per person. The massage service is really yyds 150 euros per hour. The waiter said it is a hanging massage unique to this island. The cost is also relatively cheap. The room is relatively ordinary with a country style but clean.

NNat 李凤临Considering the price everything should have been much better but the location is the main selling point I get it. I was given a bottle of Prosecco as a welcome drink. My room was overlooking trash cans. And was noisy during the night and early morning. If you ignore the trash cans, the view is to die for. The balcony is tiny but cute, the room also pretty small. The bathroom a bit tacky and outdated. The restaurant and breakfast options was very retro and the balcony with the best views was too hot to sit on (could have fans and a mobile AC), so I sat inside, missing out on the view. The huge but lovely tessellated room key had to be left at the reception desk which made moving around inconvenient. The pool is nice but the pool restaurant is very unpleasant to eat at, again because of the heat. The pool shower doesn’t have any gels or shampoos. There is no proper changing room nor are you provided slippers (I checked in early and wanted to go for a swim).

Our chalet was excellent with a really powerful shower but best of all had a fantastic view of the sea.
Regular bus service to the town at a reasonable price
