I agree with other reviews about the hotel; it's indeed not new and has minor flaws in the rooms, but these are addressed through communication, and they are accommodating! The grounds are very clean and well-maintained – beautiful all around! We booked a room with a large balcony, but it turned out the photos for the room were incorrect, and it was actually in a different category. However, the hotel staff were accommodating and provided the exact room shown in the picture, instead of telling us to 'sort out the mistake ourselves' :) The view is top-notch! In the evening, there was a concert with live music and belly dancing, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious! Manakish with cheese is a particular favorite! The spreads were also very tasty! Overall, there's a great and extensive selection! The beach staff are excellent – it was our first time at the Dead Sea, and they helped us with everything, explained things, and assisted us attentively!

GGuest UserOne of the most amazing places in dead sea. Beautiful hotel, beautiful views, fantastic service, friendly staff, amazing food, great pool and access to sea. Did I mention the service staff are so friendly and helpful?
A big shout out to Mariah at front desk who was very friendly and helped me out with a great room, local travel and whatever queries I had. Her friendliness and service made our stay very pleasant.

NNuannuandemaiziSecurity checks are required for both vehicles and luggage upon check-in. There's also a 100 JOD (approximately 1000 RMB) credit card deposit that's only refunded 10 days after check-out. They don't provide any email confirmation or proof of a successful room inspection after check-out; everything relies on their word. Guests are completely passive in this process.
On the upside, you can watch the Dead Sea sunset from the hotel and also float in it.
The breakfast buffet is just so-so. For a five-star hotel, this stay felt incredibly stifling.
The overall experience was quite poor.

GGuest UserThe resort is very large and well located. Upon arrival, both of our rooms were missing hand towels, slippers, and bathrobes, so we had to call to request them. Overall, we had a pleasant stay: the rooms were spacious and offered a beautiful view, and the breakfast was excellent. However, if you are someone who pays close attention to details, you may find that certain aspects are somewhat neglected. The furniture is rather basic, the lobby lacks a cozy seating area, and the staff, while polite, was often slow to respond and not particularly professional. Considering the price, I would have expected a slightly higher standard overall.
