The hotel was very clean, and the interior and doors had a lovely, authentic Uzbek design. The breakfast was also delicious, with plenty of vegetables and fruits, allowing for a hearty start to the day. The courtyard was decorated with elements that truly captured Uzbek culture. The shower had good water pressure, and the bathrooms were clean. The hotel staff were incredibly kind; although there's no elevator, they helped carry our heavy suitcases both upon arrival and departure!
During breakfast, other guests were celebrating a birthday with a surprise party, and at check-out, we were even given snacks. The owner and all the staff were very kind and attentive. We had a small issue, but they handled it professionally and earnestly.
The hotel is close to the Ark Citadel, and it's about a 20-minute walk along the main street from the Lyab-i Hauz area, so you can easily explore without needing a taxi. Underneath the Ark Citadel, there was a festive light-up from the end of the year into the new year, attracting many locals. The area around the hotel is quiet, which was perfect for a relaxing stay.
I really liked the oriental-style hotel; it's very beautiful, with clean, cozy rooms, polite staff, and a beautifully designed interior. I really liked the owner, Anvar, who helped us exchange money and took us to the center of the old city, suggesting interesting excursions. I definitely recommend this hotel; it has a very luxurious interior. If I ever return to Bukhara, I'll definitely stay here.
It was very clean and so exiting.First I wrongly booked 2 single beds but I asked for to give me a couple bed from reception. And They helped me ro this.
Hotel room so clean and breakfast was a very delicious.
And we ordered extra water from reception ,and they brought free.
And we ate a national food from restaurant which under the hotel. And we got 15% free coupon .
I say thanks
We arrived at this hotel on the evening of March 4th and were greeted wonderfully. They even upgraded our room for us, a special thank you. The room was very clean and tidy, free of any odors, and the standard was commensurate with the price. The receptionists were responsive to all reviews and were very helpful. I think this hotel is one of the best in Bukhara. I recommend it to all travelers.
It was a wonderful hotel with a very stylish interior.
The staff were friendly and spoke fluent English.
Breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of food and was delicious.
I'm sure the hotel room walls were designed to resemble Bukhara, but the one thing that bothered me was the white powder that would stain clothes and other items when they touched the walls.
I didn't like it. The room is clean, the yard is - no, I would wash the stairs, chairs on the veranda where breakfast leaves dirty spots on clothes. Breakfast is normal, normal, but nothing special, buying food mainly. The room was broken the shower counter and did not work TV. When addressing the administrator, it was promised to repair, in fact, nothing, eastern fairy tales. Another trouble with paying the tour tax, the site indicates the value in the amounts, and in the hotel $5 with the rate in the translation into the amount - what the administrator + VAT, which was paid in booking, is all the coins in fact, But in fact - business in the East, and the reference that here is not correctly calculated and booking - it doesn't mean anything, as if in Uzbekistan the tour tax is paid in dollars.
The hotel is in the new town, but only 3km away from the old town. There is a shopping mall next to it with a large supermarket and a fast food restaurant upstairs. The hotel room is quite large and relatively clean, but the mattress is a bit hard. Locals like to come to the hotel lobby and garden to take wedding photos. The water in the swimming pool is not very clean.
Golubie Kupola Hotel is the perfect place to unwind after a day of travel or work.
Grab a bite to eat at the in-house restaurant which serves Chinese dishes.
The property's front desk offers service in 3 languages, including English. This property also offers laundry service (on-site).
Parking is available at the property.
We stayed for two days and were given a room on the 4th floor next to the restaurant. Everything was clean, and the bathroom was large. Hot water was strong and the breakfast was good, so you won't go hungry. There was no kettle in the room, but they quickly provided one upon request. There's a microwave in the restaurant, which you can use. Overall, I liked the hotel and recommend it.
Was such a beautiful place to stay stay if you want to stay near the old city and I loved it. The staff are very helpful and kind and one of the staff let me check in two hours since I arrived a bit earlier. That’s the hotel has really nice ambience to eat and all of the amenities and facilities that come with it are exceptional as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I would love to stay here, and I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay close to the old city to choose this place

MmoぐI was really worried because I booked this hotel in a hurry just two weeks before my trip, but it turned out to be right in front of Lyab-i Hauz! All the tourist spots in Bukhara were pretty much within walking distance, and finding places to eat was never an issue. The breakfast every morning was plentiful and delicious. I stayed for two nights, and even though the main dishes were the same, the juices were different and all equally tasty! The toilet flushed properly, and the water pressure and hot water were perfectly fine. For the price, the location and cleanliness were outstanding. I truly recommend this place!!
CCatchthefartMost hotels in Bukhara have rather questionable interior designs, but Mercure isn't one of them. This hotel is beautifully decorated and bright inside. The lobby offers complimentary water and local dried fruits, and the service is excellent. The rooms are a bit small, but that seems to be the norm for hotels of this caliber on this trip. The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the edge of the old city, avoiding the crowded traffic within. It's a 10-minute walk to the square with the Afanti statue and 15 minutes to the Chor Minor Mosque – all easily walkable if you're up for it.
NNari.I recently had the pleasure of staying at Boutique Old City, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip. Perfectly located in the heart of the old town, the hotel offers convenient access to major historical attractions, local restaurants, and vibrant الأسواق, all within walking distance. This made it incredibly easy to explore the cultural charm of the city without needing transportation.
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the team went out of their way to ensure I felt welcomed. They were always ready to assist with recommendations, directions, and even small personal requests, which added a thoughtful touch to the overall experience.
The room itself was beautifully designed, blending traditional aesthetics with modern comfort. It was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with attention to detail in both décor and amenities. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite the central location, which can often be a challenge in busy areas.
One of the standout features of Boutique Old City is its charming courtyard. It provides a peaceful space to relax, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, and soak in the historical ambiance. In the mornings, breakfast was served with a variety of local and international options. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was a great way to start the day.
Another aspect worth mentioning is the hotel’s authenticity. Unlike larger chain hotels, Boutique Old City offers a more intimate and culturally immersive experience. The architecture and interior design reflect the heritage of the region, allowing guests to feel more connected to the destination.
Overall, my stay at Boutique Old City exceeded expectations. It combines excellent location, friendly service, and comfortable accommodation in a way that truly enhances the travel experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic stay in the old city.

IiiiiriiioIt was a wonderful stay. It's very close to tourist attractions like the Ark Fortress, all within walking distance. The owner was very friendly and kindly accommodated our requests. Regarding dinner, we hadn't made any reservations, but when we asked, they went to the bazaar to buy ingredients for $15 USD per person, providing plov, four kinds of salad, herbal tea, and various fruits. The quality and quantity were excellent; it would definitely cost more than $15 USD at a regular restaurant. We were able to fully enjoy the local cuisine. Although we declined as we are poor students, they also offer a master class on plov for an additional $10 USD per person. Please note that prices may change as this was a last-minute request. Breakfast included salad, soup, and coffee, and there was absolutely nothing to complain about. While they do offer typical sausage breakfasts, I recommend trying the local soup if you're in Bukhara. Again, the quantity and quality were superb.
The guest rooms were new and spotlessly clean, as the hostel only opened two and a half years ago. The design was also very nice. I wholeheartedly recommend this hostel, which is perfect in every aspect: food, accommodation, and hospitality!
kongzhongguanjing The room is luxurious, elegant, generous and comfortable. The environment is elegant and clean with flowers and plants. The interior design is spacious, comfortable and breathable. The quilts, sheets and pillowcases are all very clean and white. The hygiene is clean and tidy. There are cleaners cleaning every day. Thank them for their hard work. 🌹🌹👍🏿 The staff are friendly, gentle and amiable. If you want to travel and rest, you must choose Dendi Plaza Hotel 🌹🌹🌹🌹👍🏿👍🏿❤️
GGuest UserGreat 3 nights stay at the lovely Alexia Suite Unesco heritage list hotel. Really convenient and inside the old town but not too close of the busy area so really peaceful hotel. The young reception guy is really smiling and helpful. The terrace is really appreciable where you can read and enjoy the freshness of the morning or evening. Our room 102 next to the lift (not noisy) is really spacious with twin beds and sofa, the bathroom is spacious and equipped with shower and bathtub (no amenities as it is an eco-responsible hotel with no plastic usage).
GGuest UserA very nice family-run guesthouse. We loved everything. The location is convenient, a 5-minute walk to the heart of the old town. The room itself is simple but very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The host was friendly and allowed us to stay a couple of hours longer on the day we checked out. Thank you very much for that. We checked in at random and in a hurry because we didn't like the location of our previous hotel—and this was the only review. I want to add photos and a review so more people can learn about this wonderful place.
GGabrielaMedranoThe rooms have bathtub. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body shower, toothbrush, toothpaste, dryer, safety box, mini fridge. I couldn't book a train ticket and they helped me to get it, that was very helpful. The hotel is very close to the old city and there are restaurants and the coffee shop ”Bon” very close. The decoration of the bathroom was stunning. In my room I had a painting of the Choir Minor Mosque which was lovely. I didn't like the breakfast because it was too many things with cheese and very traditional. I prefer something more western. Overall I liked it. Staff friendly.
