Booked and paid online for two rooms, arrived and rooms were ready but I was made to pay again claiming they didn’t receive payment from trip.com. I complained to trip.com who wrote me to say they confirmed the payment and I will be refunded immediately. However till I chexked out I did not receive my refund

Guest UserThe hotel was very good I asked the room for a partner for business issues
At the end after requesting my card, my partner had to pay at the hotel
The bath was without water
And we asked for something but was denied by the reception
For example, they left us a glass of wine to drink a bottle we had
Small things that make my client and partner disappointed
