I am delighted 😍 honestly didn't expect 😜
Clean and newest hotel (shower, toilet, towel, coats, bed clean and cozy large bed with top) ✅
The food is delicious, especially babi potatoes 🥰✅
Staff welcome 🔥
We liked it)
//I was in Asia and Europe) really the hotel level is good 🔥
<< Only here in our room in the day could not make the ”absolute darkness” mode, the room was with a terrace that was big plus, but on the other side of the window without a dark curtain. If you can do please 🙂
Thank you for a class holiday 🫶
This is a chain hotel, so the service is standard. When you arrive, you first fill out a paper registration form at the counter. Your proof of stay will be provided when you check out. If you're on a tight schedule, I recommend speaking with the front desk the day before. There's a mall, a supermarket, and a subway station directly across the street, making it very convenient for getting around, sightseeing, finding food, or shopping. It's also easy for taxis to find the location.
A perfect staycation in Moscow: thank you Mövenpick for the celebration!
We decided to treat ourselves to a mini-break for my birthday without leaving the capital and chose Mövenpick Moscow. We were very pleased.
Check-in and Service
From the very first moments, we knew our stay would be great. The reception staff were welcoming and smiling. Special thanks for their flexibility: upon check-in, we were offered a higher floor. The service here is absolutely unobtrusive, yet very warm and attentive.
Room
The room has everything needed for comfort: cleanliness, nice amenities, and the bed is simply heavenly. The pillows, blankets, and mattress are perfectly soft; we slept like babies.
Spa and Pool
A huge plus for the hotel is its own spa complex in the basement. Everything is very hygienic; they provide slippers that are disinfected with a UV lamp – a nice touch for guest health. The 24-hour gym was also a pleasant surprise; you can work out anytime.
Birthday Surprise
Since we were checking in for a birthday, the hotel provided a wonderful compliment: they congratulated us with champagne and an exquisite pastry, and also offered a late check-out.
Atmosphere and Location
The hotel has a pleasant aroma throughout, and the location is excellent – all the best restaurants, cafes, and main attractions are within walking distance.
We managed to relax both mind and body, even while staying in Moscow. Mövenpick is a solid 'five-star' and a true oasis of calm. We will definitely return to recharge again.
The best view in Moscow (make sure to book a river view room)! Former luxuriousness has faded (no turndown service, no plush towels, no exclusive bath cosmetics) but still a very solid 5-star hotel in an unbeatable location for tourists, and excellent value for money. My biggest issue really was no coffee machine in the room:)
Facilities: This hotel has a distinctly vintage feel; the exterior is quite charming, and the interior decor has a nice atmosphere.
Service: The receptionist who greeted us spoke very quickly, and we couldn't understand her because our English wasn't very good. There was a security check to enter the hotel, probably to protect the building.
Environment: The main entrance to the hotel was closed; only a side entrance was open. Check-in was done in one of the side lobbies on either side, then we went down a long corridor and back up another staircase – it was quite tiring carrying our luggage. We also went to the gym; the swimming pool was nice, but the gym itself was just so-so.
Overall, it was alright. It's worth trying; it's unique and photogenic. There's a medium-sized supermarket outside where the currency exchange rate was better than the bank on the third floor of GUM department store mentioned on Xiaohongshu, but they charged a 15 RMB service fee.
The single room was more comfortable and spacious than I expected, especially the bathroom, which was quite large. The hotel's location is excellent; it's beautifully decorated in a classic style, convenient for getting around, and very close to Red Square. The neighborhood itself is quite chill, with Turgenev's House directly across the street and the Galina Vishnevskaya Opera Centre diagonally opposite. The Pushkin State Museum isn't far either.
I happened to be celebrating my birthday during my stay, and the hotel thoughtfully sent a birthday cake, which was a lovely surprise!
Not bad, clean and comfortable. Stopped for one night, rest between flights. Taxi to the hotel didn't get loaded, had to go with things because you need to leave the application not pass. There is no website. But it was not far away. The staff is very welcome, helped solve all the issues. In general, a good hotel.
Facilities: OK
Hygiene: OK
Environment: OK
Service: OK
The price/performance ratio is very high and the transportation is convenient, which completely arouses my desire to go out ( ´͈ ᵕ `͈ ) ◞♡ Fortunately, the journey here is not difficult and the store is easy to find. It is mainly very close to the subway 🚇 station, so friends don’t have to worry about the elegant environment Paired with soothing music, friendly and considerate service, I hope it can continue as always. The overall feeling is very exquisite, and the dishes are very good-looking, which is completely unexpected. This place is really suitable for various scenes. I came here with my lover before , now I bring my children with me, and I have a new experience every time. It’s great. This is great. It’s my favorite. I’ll give everyone crazy Amway.
The airport hotel is convenient to go back and forth, half an hour of small bus shuttle, 15 minutes drive, the driver is very warm.
Shopping near the hotel is not convenient, buffet food is very small, expensive, not cost-effective, the room is generally the same, five-star is similar to the domestic four-star, the single environment is not as cost-effective as the domestic, there is a buzzing sound in the toilet.
Sound insulation is OK, not very noisy at night, there are a lot of crew members, the beautiful flight attendant ~ see one, this is a pity, the number of beautiful flight attendants of China Eastern Airlines is not as good as HNA.
Facilities: Renovated many years ago
Cleanliness: Quite clean
Environment: Relatively quiet surroundings, with a park nearby
Service: Front desk service was extremely poor.

GGuest UserHuge thanks to everyone involved in running the hotel! Everything was wonderful and delightful! It was our wedding anniversary during our stay, and thank you so much for the lovely gift of Italian champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. We were so touched and impressed by your thoughtfulness and kindness! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
GGuest UserThe facilities, service, and staff attitude were all excellent.
Location: It's a bit of a walk from the subway station, and you have to take a small alleyway. If you're unfamiliar with the area, you might need to ask for directions to find it. However, it's also within walking distance of Red Square. Once you know the way, you'll find it's quite close. The subway and Red Square are in opposite directions from the hotel, but the distance to both feels similar.
Facilities: There's Wi-Fi, and the amenities are well-equipped, including slippers, a hairdryer, disposable toiletries, and many other items. The only downside is that while there are windows, they face an interior space and cannot be opened, which was a bit misleading as I expected them to provide ventilation. Next door was an area where another company seemed to be holding meetings, and it was quite noisy. I had to close the window when sleeping, especially since they eventually left for the day. I had to use the air conditioning because it would get very stuffy otherwise. When I spoke to the hotel about changing rooms, I found that all rooms had these inward-facing windows. I was told I'd have to pay extra for a room with an exterior-facing window.
Service: The hotel front desk offers service in English. They were able to provide water when I asked and also offered luggage storage. Conveniently, the hotel is right on the way if you're walking from Red Square to the subway, so it's perfectly en route.
Overall, I'm satisfied. A big thank you to the two Russian men who helped us find the hotel with our luggage; they truly saved us from our helplessness.

KKonstantin SerzhanExcellent modern hotel, fantastic breakfast with champagne and live music. The gym is small but perfectly adequate for staying in shape. As a complimentary gesture, they extended our stay by two hours.
GGuest UserI'd give the club building a 5+ for its value for money.
Firstly, the amazing panoramic views of Hotel Ukraina and the Moscow River.
Secondly, the quietness in the room – I don't know if it's excellent soundproofing or smart guest placement, but it's a welcome bonus.
Thirdly, the club lounge – delicious breakfasts with sparkling wine, and light dinners with meat dishes and beer. We were there on May 9th, and they also had vodka and light snacks (herring canapés, etc.).
Check-in was quick, and the staff were very polite.
We didn't make it to the pool.
The room decor isn't super modern, but the view from the windows makes up for it.
Small notes on the mattress – it was a bit firm and slightly sagged in the middle.
Definitely worth the money.
YYueliangge00The overall environment of the public area is fine, and the location is great. It's across from the subway station, train station, and shopping mall, making it very convenient for getting around. There's a supermarket, and the Russian version of KFC and McDonald's is right downstairs. I stayed there for six days on business, and shopping was very convenient. The Moscow River is a 5-minute walk away, which was super comfortable for a morning run. Another 10-minute walk across the bridge brings you to Baltsky Street, and beyond that, Red Square. The only downsides are...
1. The bedding was very uncomfortable. I personally felt it wasn't very clean. It wasn't the firm, firm sheets, and the quilt was very thin (which didn't keep me warm). The sheets felt like they'd been slept on for a long time; they were soft and very thin.
2. The room was quite small.
3. The shower was a kind of movable glass box, not a built-in box in the same area as the room, which was a bit uncomfortable, and the water drained very slowly. Overall, the service in Russia is very slow, unlike in China.
