This is a family-run hotel, and the owner is incredibly kind. When we arrived around noon, the owner offered us tea, and orange juice for the kids. Upon learning we were visiting Hierapolis, he kindly offered to drive us to the north entrance of the site, allowing us to walk downhill through the ruins instead of climbing up from the base. We were truly grateful for his thoughtfulness. That evening, after returning from the site, we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The owner's wife cooked authentic local dishes, and they were delicious. The room was a bit small, but it had one double bed and three single beds. Since we were only staying for one night, it wasn't a major issue.

Bellamaritimo is maybe not the newest hotel, but it is at a fine spot - we could see Pamukkale from our balcony and also see the hot air balloons in the morning when the sun was rising! The pool(s) and the courtyard are super nice and clean and very new! It was so much fun to cool down there after an exciting day. The owner of the hotel, Halim, was very friendly - as was the rest of the staff - and helped us with great advise in order to make the most of our visit at Pamukkale. We had already booked a hot air ballon ride for the first morning, but for the rest Halim's advice was extremely helpful! Breakfast (see the picture) at the hotel made us very happy and we also had dinner once at the hotel (the picture is not showing the delicious salad we had with it, but you'll get the picture). The hotel also offers wine 🍷 from the region. We tried the white wine that was a very enjoyable drink one of the evenings. Once, while enjoying the pool in the afternoon, the owner presented us two glasses of chilled pomegranate wine - that on a hot summer day is absolutely fantastic! 😍 The rooms were simple, but clean, as was the bathroom. But we didn't spend that much time inside anyways... 😎☀️ So, altogether, I can warmly recommend this hotel for your stay at Pamukkale - it's a grand choice! Last but not least, it's also a very affordable option ... 😉

All the staffs are extremely friendly and i cannot find any hospitality like this good anywhere else. There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view. Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. White heaven is the best hotel i've ever been, not just compare in Turkey but all around the world. Thanks again for the unforgettable expedience and memory! The room booked for my parents has a hot spring and includes two meals, breakfast or lunch, or breakfast and dinner. The hotel room is not very big, the air conditioning is relatively good, and the front desk is very welcoming

Seriously, Chinese people don't lie to Chinese people. I got bitten all over my back by bed bugs – first time ever in my life! As soon as I got to Kas, the next city, I immediately bought medicine and high-temperature disinfected all my clothes, and sprayed all my luggage with alcohol. The rest of my trip was filled with anxiety, constantly worried I'd carried the bugs with me. I even sent a private message to the hotel afterward; I don't know if they saw it. Their service attitude was very good, and I know they tried their best, but for me, this experience was truly terrible. I was driving on a road trip, and my back was constantly itching, then it became red, swollen, and inflamed. It's been almost a month since I returned home, and the dark marks on my back still haven't disappeared. I really couldn't hold it in anymore; I had to leave this review. If the hotel doesn't handle this properly, more people will get bitten. All the clothes in my suitcase that weren't isolated were thrown away, not to mention the discomfort throughout the journey. This was truly the worst experience of my Turkey trip. The picture shows my back on the first day I was bitten, before it became red, swollen, and inflamed. In the following days, it swelled up, and even I was disgusted looking at it. What makes me sad is that the hotel staff were genuinely good people, and I know they didn't want this to happen, but it did. I'm writing this review now because I just couldn't keep quiet. Please, hotel, do a thorough disinfestation.

I stayed in a single room here and I am absolutely thrilled with my choice! To be completely honest, this hotel is worth way more than what it costs. I booked it for just 2,000 rubles, but the level of comfort, cleanliness, and overall service easily feels like a 3,500+ ruble hotel. It is an absolute hidden gem!I want to give a special, massive thank you to the owner. It is truly rare to meet someone so incredibly kind-hearted, welcoming, and helpful. From the very first minute, you don't just feel like a guest — you feel like a close friend who was genuinely looked forward to. He helped me with everything and surrounded me with sincere care.Everything about the hotel is just wonderful: it is cozy, perfectly clean, and there is a great swimming pool on-site. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and homelike. If you are hesitating to book Ozturk Hotel, don't even think twice — just go for it, you definitely won't regret it! I will absolutely be back. Highly recommended!

This is a pretty big hotel, and there were a lot of Chinese guests. To my surprise, they even had Chinese food on the menu! The front desk service was excellent. They helped me book a birthday cake for my son. The hot air balloon activity they recommended, which I booked a day in advance, also went ahead as planned. The staff member was great; they were worried I'd be concerned about paying for the hot air balloon in advance and not getting a refund if it didn't happen, so they gave me a receipt and a guarantee for a refund. Really fantastic front desk staff! 👍

We stayed for one night because we were tired from traveling, and the hotel was conveniently located on the main route to our hometown. The location is very central, which made it easy to access everything we needed. Our room was clean, and we appreciated being on a non-smoking floor. The staff we met were all professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was also above average, with a good variety of options. Overall, everything was great, and we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. We would gladly stay here again.

Would you like my honest opinion? My first negative impression was upon checking in at the front desk. The manager was very surprised that we had arrived with our pet, a 3 kg Yorkshire Terrier. He spent a long time on the phone and was very unhappy when he was told over the phone that we could check in with our pet. However, both the hotel's website and trip.com state that pets are allowed! I specifically chose this hotel! I don't understand how the receptionist could be unaware of such important information and make guests worry. (After all, if he hadn't allowed us to check in, we would have had to find a new hotel immediately!) Second, we booked twin rooms—that means there should be a door between the rooms, not two standard rooms next to each other! Third, I can say about the food—it's available, it's safe, and it's delicious—but that's debatable. For breakfast, you can have an omelet or scrambled eggs prepared by a sous-vide. Fourth, I was surprised by the tea in the lobby, where a sign in three languages ​​stated that tea was paid for, but no one paid for it—what's the point of that sign?! The beds are quite comfortable, but the mattress is a bit hard for my taste, and the beds are narrow. We were given attic rooms, and at 173 cm tall, I kept brushing the ceiling when approaching the bed. I also arrived in a Tesla, which also influenced my choice of hotel. As a result, there was only one very slow charger, and there was a queue for it. I ended up charging at a neighboring hotel, which has four fast chargers and two slow ones. Overall, it's bearable for two days, but for me, five stars is too much for this hotel; four stars is the maximum. And there's practically no parking at the hotel; all cars park on the street in front of the hotel.

My wife, our one-year-old, and I were headed to Pamukkale, but we heard the thermal springs there weren't very hot, so we were recommended this place instead. The hotel has its own thermal spring right in the center, and the surroundings are wonderfully peaceful and quiet. There's a clean swimming pool and various types of baths. The buffet restaurant at dinner surprised us with some delicious fish. All in all, we were really happy with the value for money.
