Blu chips spa tower is my favorite place to stay when I visit Michigan City IN. The rooms are always clean and so spacious and up to date. The bathroom Vanity has plenty of room for necessities. There are ample outlets for phone chargers and watch chargers next to each side of the beds.

Beautiful environment, clean housing

Hotel Nashville is a peculiar place. These units obviously used to be apartment buildings. There's nothing really wrong with that, and it gives you what amounts to a condo or cabin for the price of a regular room. Ours had a full kitchen with full sized appliances including a dishwasher, two full baths, a main bedroom and a queen size Murphy bed in the living room. Enjoy a regular thermostat for just your unit and a balcony with two small chairs. There's an indoor pool I didn't even entertain using in the four days we stayed...mostly turned off by the already heavy use. There's an on-site bar that took over the kitchen which is why there isn't breakfast on-site anymore. Staff are wonderful, but the office closes about 8pm. So, it's best to get there before then else you may have to get the bar owner to let you in (yes, really). There seems to be a number of long term residents here. There is one marked parking location for each unit, and more in the lower lot that aren't marked. Location is pretty great, but don't underestimate the effort of walking up the many, many stairs to the motel coming off the *****. You are right downtown, but that elevation still makes it a considerable walk to get to shopping and restaurants. Overall, it's a pleasant if not upscale environment for a stay in beautiful little Nashville, IN.

This hotel is very strange, I booked twice, the bill price, the actual deduction and the same as Ctrip sent to me, two days ago the deduction is inconsistent, Ctrip attitude is not bad for me to handle, now this bill is not The same, the scheduled time is 127.33 US dollars, check out the bill is 139.23 US dollars (this is added state tax, I can understand), but my bank card actual deduction is 174.23 US dollars, the difference is too big. The last day of 2018 actually made me worry about this matter. This should be given a bad review.

To begin with the front desk clerks were great and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was closed & it was June 1st, so that was a bummer. They advertise a gourmet breakfast, to my surprise --- it wasn't even close, no cream for the coffee, one of the juice drinks were out , no yogurt, then to top it all off ---- The waffle machine was disgusting!!! Dirty, & when I asked about the lady making a waffle ahead of me about her waffle sticking to the waffle maker,the host said ” well, it's because all of the non stick coating on the waffle maker is worn off” & the hotel was supposed to be getting a new one!!! When I wiped it with a napkin - black stuff appeared on it... So needless to say NO Waffle for me Today!! The waffle maker shouldn't have even been in use! Wow. And the temperature of the sausage Links were cold to the touch!! Very disappointed, Louann Archer/Steven Vaughn

Bathrooms were nice. Towels big & fluffy. Shower was WONDERFUL! Crack in tile at the rear of shower but it did not effect the shower itself. Not super soft water, which was great. Some places have water so very soft that a person never feels clean. Bed was comfortable with lots of varied pillows; good choices. Television monitor big and responsive. All the lights worked and were good to read by. Everything was covered in dust from construction. Breakfast lady did her best but not enough seats and dust hovered in the air. When we first arrived, we did not know how to get to the front desk to check in. (WHEN will you be finished remodeling?!) Lady with green/blue hair tried to be nice but I am NOT her ”hon.” Three times she called me hon or honey. I'm 73. My wife standing right there. How about a little respect?

The service was outstanding all the way around! I would like to personally take the time to praise April for her over the top customer service, she went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible for myself and my handicapped man. Diria ( the host in the breakfast area) was also a very exceptional employee,she also went out of her way to make our stay great, she found a box for me to carry my handicapped man's breakfast in ,so I could carry it back up to the room for him. I give this review on the grounds of I have spent $1,800 on this Hotel alone and they will not even make 1 night free. I'm homeless and am spending all my savings for me, my wife and daughter plus my granddaughter. We lost our home in a court case where I changed my mind about selling and Indianapolis Indiana Ben Buys Houses sued me. All you smell is ********* at night and Cigarette smoke in the morning. It's the cheapest place if you're wanting to know why I didn't leave. Food is OK. Only 2 of the Clerks on duty and the maintenance staff was Awesome . Sorry to have to give this type of review but if it's honesty you want then here you go.

The hotel is very close to the city and there is a parking space. The breakfast is a bit monotonous. The room has just entered the cold. I turned on the warm air in summer, but it is indeed safer and there is a parking place.
