The fish and chips here are spot on. The batter is light and crisp, the chips are proper chunky. It’s a solid portion, too. That’s what I come for.

Popped in before my train and it was just the cosy spot I needed. The staff were lovely, really made me feel welcome even though it was my first time. A proper local pub vibe.

The Sunday vegan menu is solid. Tried the Sham Lamb with mint sauce. The texture was surprisingly close, and the mint sauce cut through the richness nicely. A good option.

Been a few times now. The tasting menu is the one to get. Dishes are interesting, well put together, and look great on the plate. They get the timing right between courses, never feels rushed. Solid choice for a proper dinner out.

The Sunday roast lamb was spot on, really tender. Potatoes were properly fluffy, just like you'd hope for. It's a solid, comforting meal that hits the mark.

The ribeye was cooked just right, and it arrived fast even though we were there near closing. Good value for Worthing.

Popped in for their Easter roast. The lamb was so tender it fell apart, and the gravy was something else. Honestly, the best part of the meal. Rest was fine, but that gravy though.

The menu had a good range, and I appreciated the clear vegan labels. Tried a few things, all cooked nicely. The lentil stew was particularly good - hearty and flavourful.

Late lunch, steak pie and fish & chips. The pie filling was rich, proper chunks of beef. Fish batter was crisp, not greasy. Chips were solid. Friendly staff, sure, but the food itself was the real draw here.

The trio of roasts was a solid choice, and the venue's history is a nice touch. My only note: the wine list felt a bit limited for a place like this. The Malbec we had was fine, but I was hoping for more interesting pairings with the rich meats.

The meal deal was a solid choice. The young team were genuinely friendly, service was spot on. My burger was cooked just right, juicy inside. Good vibe for a casual lunch.

This place is a real find. The interior is lovely, tastefully done up. Really nice vibe in the evenings when they light the fireplace.

Nice spot on The Pantiles. The outdoor seating is perfect for a sunny day, though the prices are a bit on the higher side for a pub.

The buttermilk chicken sandwich was a real highlight! Perfect for a casual catch-up with mates.

Been coming here for years. The burger is still top-notch, juicy and cooked just right. Service is quick and friendly, no fuss. It’s my go-to spot for a reliable bite.

Tried the Sunday roast for the first time. The pork was spot on, really generous portion with loads of fresh veg. Felt like a proper meal.

The phone ordering was a bit clunky, but the food came fast. Their house red was a nice surprise with the steak.

Came for the band, stayed for the vibe. The music was spot on, really good set. Staff were friendly, got my drink quick. Solid spot for a quick night out.

Love the live music here on a Saturday night. They had a really good cover band playing, and the atmosphere was lively but not too loud. Just the right kind of fun.

The roast pork belly was spot-on. Crispy skin, tender meat, and a proper Yorkshire pudding. A solid Sunday roast.
