I highly recommend the Tempura Course for those who want a hearty meal. The portion sizes are generous, and the cost performance is excellent!

They have a pretty good selection of local sake. The full menu is in Japanese, which is fine, but you might want to use a translation app to browse it.

Been coming here for years. The pork teriyaki set is my go-to. Thin slices, that sweet-spicy miso glaze just soaks into the rice. Always a solid portion for what you pay.

The hot water dispenser is a nice touch for tea. Ordering on the touchscreen is easy, and they have an English menu. It's convenient.

Just arrived at Nagano Station and walked across the street for a quick lunch. The English menu made ordering efficient. Had the soba set - solid and exactly what I needed. Service was prompt. Good for a straightforward meal when you get off the train.

Farm-to-table freshness really comes through. Had the grilled veg plate on the terrace. Hakuba view is a nice bonus. Everything tasted clean and simple.

The soba-making class is fun for all ages. You really get to see the skill it takes to make noodles by hand.

Atsuko mama was very accommodating. I called ahead for a gluten-free option, and they had a nice plate ready. The service was friendly and made the whole thing easy.

This place is a hidden gem with a great mix of menu items and a lovely vibe. The staff are welcoming and happy to explain the menu options.

Located conveniently next to Nagano Station, this restaurant is a gem for anyone craving quality Chinese food. The ingredients are fresh, and the dishes are beautifully presented.

The staff here really pay attention. They noticed my water glass was low before I even had to ask. It’s a small thing, but it makes the whole meal feel so much more relaxed. The place is spotless and the chairs are actually comfortable.

The coffee was a bit too bitter for my taste, but the retro furniture and quiet atmosphere made it a relaxing spot to unwind.

This place is a lifesaver on a chilly day. Just had their tonkotsu ramen—the broth was so rich and comforting. The English menu was a nice touch, made ordering super easy.
