Carla's the best, so warm. Grabbed a coffee and a croissant to go this morning. The croissant was just right, not too sweet. Perfect start to the day.

The Neapolitan pizza was solid, good dough and ingredients. But honestly, the vibe is what stuck with me. It's a simple, comfortable space, not trying too hard. Just a nice spot to unwind with a meal.

Decent spot for a simple meal. The custom sandwich for our kid was a nice touch, though the portion felt a bit small for the price.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is lovely, especially at night. The staff speaks good English and provides great service, making it a pleasant dining experience.

Wow! Something a little different but excellent. Clafoutis in perugia. The best service in our visit and well off the tourist track. And an excellent wine list

Really friendly , felt like a family meal and excellent food . Only minor irritation was a child on next table watching cartoons at high volume but not the fault of restaurant. Thank you for a great meal

This cozy, romantic, hidden gem of a restaurant has it all! Great owner/operator, a unique menu offering many seafood options, high quality food, friendly/professional staff, beautiful atmosphere inside and out with a terrace, and a location that is off the heavily congested main street through the city. This is a definite "must go" retaurante!

We recently had dinner with friends on the outdoor covered patio which is a beautiful setting. The service was extremely attentive and the food was wonderful!

The food is really great. Amatriciana, porchetta, bistecca and pinsa. The service is welcoming. High quality home made dishes.

Nice quiet spot for a getaway. The place is well kept, lots of green around. Felt peaceful just sitting there with a coffee. Could use a few more shaded tables, but the vibe was spot on.

What a wonderful experience-we came across this restaurant in Spoleto after traveling from the US-we were exhausted and just wanted some good food and wine.WOW! Our waitress was delightful-we ordered and you could tell that she had better recommendations so she told us about the fresh pasta that her mother had made that day-we ordered that instead and it was sooo delicious! The chef had given us a red wine by the glass and when we ordered another glass the waitress recommended a different wine-another Wow! It was really really good! We are staying in Spello for 4 weeks and are planning to return to 3.0 Bistro again! It is a tiny little restaurant so make reservations!

Cozy spot for a group dinner. The vibe is warm and the food is solid. Just a heads up, they get booked up fast—definitely make a reservation.

The sushi buffet is a solid deal. Used the tablet to order, which was handy. For the price, the portions are decent. You get a good amount of nigiri and rolls. Couldn't ask for more at that cost.

Been coming here for years. It's a proper local spot, not overrun with tourists. Staff always remember you, makes it feel like a neighborhood place. The pasta's solid, nothing fancy. Just a good, reliable meal.

I was impressed by the impeccable service and the quality of the dishes. The veal cheek braised in Montefalco red wine was a highlight, and the warm bread selection was delightful.

The restaurant have good location and fantastic service Highly recommended

The staff were so nice, really took their time explaining the menu in English. Felt like a proper family-run spot, which I always appreciate. Made ordering much easier.

Stumbled in by chance. The truffle pasta was really good, rich flavor. They cook everything over charcoal, you can smell it from the table. Mixed grill was solid too. A nice surprise.

Perfect for a quick bite. Grabbed a prosciutto sandwich to go—the bread was super fresh and the meat was sliced thin, just how I like it. Staff was really friendly, which made the stop even nicer.

The dessert counter is a real eye-catcher. Tried the homemade baba with cream, it's a solid choice for a quick sweet treat.

The staff were so kind and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about the local food traditions. Just a lovely, respectful vibe.

The pasta was cooked just right, and the seafood tasted super fresh. Service was attentive without being overbearing. A solid meal.

This restaurant offers an excellent variety of dishes, expertly prepared with top-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, making it a great spot for a meal.

The Macchina di Santa Rosa festival around here is a spectacle. The procession and the illuminated tower through the narrow streets are the main draw. It gets incredibly crowded, but that's part of the energy.

Stumbled upon this spot and came back the next night! The tagliatelle al ragù was so good, and Alessia was super friendly—made our little group feel right at home.

The appetizers were really tasty, and the dining room has a nice, relaxed vibe. I'll probably stick to the starters next time.

Nice lunch in a historic spot. The chestnut tagliatelle with porcini was pretty good. Semifreddo was a fine finish.

The sommelier's pairing suggestion was spot on. The local Grechetto felt so refreshing with the fresh ingredients on a warm day.

A warm welcome awaits, we had a mixture of perfectly seasoned antipasti. A good house red and three pasta dishes that were excellent. The pasta was well cooked and tasty with flavour combinations that were interesting and a bit different to the usual fare. The restaurant is a bit further up the road from Santa Maria degli Angeli but worth it.
