Xingkai is Manyu, Xingkai Lake, formerly China's inner lake, after the signing of the Beijing Treaty of 1860, it became a Sino-Russian border lake. In the southeast of Heilongjiang Province, it is located in Mishan City, Heilongjiang Province. It is 35 kilometers away from Mishan City, one-third of the area in the north is China, and the south belongs to Russia.

Xingkai Lake is located in Jixi Mishan City, located 40 kilometers southeast of Mishan City on the China-Russia border. It is the largest freshwater lake in Northeast China. It is an inner lake formed by the fall of the terrain after the ancient volcanic eruption. "Xingkai" is a Manchu language, meaning that water flows from high to low. When the Bizhen is located at the westernmost end of Xingkai Lake, there is the world's smallest boundary bridge "Bailing River Bridge", tourists can play in the water or sun on the beach by the lake, when the northeast side of the Bizhen, there is a white bubble town also facing Xingkai Lake, here the lakeside scenery is more original.
