"Bringing my little one to Harbin for a family trip, I decisively chose the Polar Bear Hotel within Polarland, and it absolutely exceeded all expectations! It's an absolute treasure for kids, hands down! 🐻❄️ The hotel is located inside Polarland, right next to Sun Island subway station, just a few minutes' walk away, making transportation incredibly convenient. You can directly access the Polar Pavilion from the hotel, so whenever the kids get tired, we could just head back to the room to rest without lugging them and our bags around – it's so family-friendly! It’s also very close to the Ice and Snow World and Central Street, just a few subway stops away, making getting around super easy. We booked the Polar Bear Family Room, which features huge panoramic windows. We could lie in bed and watch the polar bears swim, pace, and play with balls – it was a truly immersive experience! My little one would wake up in the morning and immediately press their face against the glass to watch, and at night, they'd fall asleep with the polar bears as their 'companions,' they were so excited. The hotel truly understands the needs of families with children! The room had exclusive bunk beds for kids, equipped with a full set of children's amenities: cartoon slippers, a mini toilet seat, kids' bathrobes, and toiletries. They even provided drawing supplies – the attention to detail was incredible. The public areas also featured a polar bear-themed playground and a picture book corner. Even the elevators had polar bear animations, making waiting for the elevator a fun experience. Every day, there were rich family activities: polar bear science classes, arts and crafts, and night tours of the Polar Pavilion. The kids could do crafts themselves, learn about animals, and have an amazing time, completely freeing up the parents! The restaurant boasts a panoramic glass design, so we could enjoy breakfast while watching the polar bears play below our feet – a truly unique experience. The breakfast spread was extensive, with soft bread, wontons, and cartoon-shaped buns suitable for children. The food tasted great, and my little one ate so happily. All the staff were incredibly gentle and kind. Check-in was efficient and quick, and they proactively explained the family activities and polar bear viewing times. They thoughtfully provided a baby cot and bed rail for families with children, and even gave us a polar bear plushie and a science picture book, which made my child so happy they couldn't put them down. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the heating was super strong, making it feel like spring even in winter – a truly comfortable stay. The Harbin Polarland Polar Bear Hotel perfectly combines a family-friendly experience with a polar theme. Its convenient location, thoughtful facilities, warm service, and unique immersive polar bear viewing experience make it a must-stay hotel for families visiting Harbin! "Nobody told me about the complimentary late-night congee or the Song Dynasty aesthetic dress-up experience. I don't know if they're actually offered, but I certainly didn't get to try them, so I can't comment. The double afternoon tea buffet is served in the lobby from 2 PM to 4 PM, for anyone wondering. Cleanliness: This was really poor. There were eggshells, and hair under the pillow. The duvet upstairs also had eyelashes on it. Although they politely cleaned it up, it was still a bit off-putting. Location-wise, it's really not far from Central Street, which is great! Facilities: The bathroom door is really awkward. My child pushed it open once and someone inside got hit in the head, which hurt a lot. But the biggest issue has to be the laundry room! Can't there be a set time for using it? People shouldn't be doing laundry at 11 or 12 at night. We ran into some inconsiderate guests who were really loud, shouting even after the front desk repeatedly reminded them. Finally, thanks for the room upgrade, though it ended up being right opposite the laundry room. I didn't sleep well at all. They did send earplugs later, but they rang the doorbell, which was a bit inconvenient. They could have just messaged me through the app, as no reply would mean I was asleep. Thanks anyway, and I hope your hotel gets better and better!"

It's very convenient to take a walk along the Songhua River or visit St. Sophia Cathedral from here. I've tried both taxis and the subway. This was our first time traveling to Harbin, and we will definitely stay here again next time!"

"Okay, first, let me share a few thoughts. The service here is exceptionally good. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. When I first arrived, there was one attendant who was just so lovely and enthusiastic. Secondly, the location is really convenient, as it's close to Central Street, making it easy to get around. My third point, and something that really adds to its value for money, is that it has a bathtub. You can actually take a bath, which is a real advantage compared to other hotels in the same price range. Now, for the downsides: I think the soundproofing needs improvement. Also, the gym isn't fully equipped, so we couldn't really work out. And thirdly, the restaurant is a bit small and cramped, though I suppose that's because the hotel itself is quite compact."

The facilities are brand new and in perfect condition, with convenient smart controls. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are a great design. Hygiene is impeccable; there wasn't a single water stain or smudge on the vanity or in the shower, and the bedding was soft and spotless. The service was attentive and discreet; the front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly, and any requests were handled promptly. It's just a few minutes' walk from the attractions, and there are plenty of malls and restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining."
