Came to Xi'an and blindly booked the Jingxin Hotel (Bell Tower Branch) 🥳 The location is superb, with excellent transportation links to all directions. There are plenty of attractions and delicious food nearby, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The room environment is clean and fresh, with no unpleasant odors. The smart amenities are comprehensive, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff are gentle and patient, providing thorough and attentive service. The breakfast offers a rich variety of authentic dishes, and the taste is amazing. Overall experience is full marks, I'll definitely book here again next time I visit!

Staying at a hotel near the Bell Tower in Xi'an was incredibly convenient for getting around. I could easily walk to the Muslim Quarter and the City Wall. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had an amazing view of the Bell Tower at night, which was absolutely stunning. The front desk staff were really friendly and even gave great recommendations for local food. Breakfast included Roujiamo and Hurat汤 (Spicy Soup), which were authentic and filling. Although parking was a bit of a hassle, the overall value for money was excellent. It’s definitely an ideal base to experience the charm of this ancient capital.

Stayed at this family-friendly hotel with my kids, and the overall experience was great. The hotel environment is comfortable, the lobby is warm and inviting, and the Nezha and Ao Bing themed design was a big hit with the little ones. The breakfast spread was extensive, including mini breads and fruit salads. The unique 'Fei Lin Xiaomian' noodles were particularly delicious. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the service is attentive. Staff member Xiao N (Little N) handled our check-in efficiently, with no long wait times. I personally recommend this hotel to everyone.

This is more than a hotel. It is a sanctuary in the middle of bustling Xi'an. We were always welcomed with a warm smile by the staff daily. The hotel was tastefully designed and exuded warmth and calmness. The clever use of earthly colours and heavy accent on the usage of timber created an inviting atmosphere. The usage of lightings to highlight certain objects while casting shadows around said objects created an impression of an art gallery. One word to describe this hotel.... LOVELY!!! The butler service in servicing breakfast, afternoon tea and supper was highly appreciated. One added bonus for me was that I was able to photograph Bell Tower in peace and luxury at the top open deck. Highly recommended this hotel for relaxation and also photographing Bell Tower

This hostel has an amazing location! There are several highly-rated restaurants from Dazhong Dianping's must-eat list within 1km. If you're coming to Xi'an for noodles, like me, you absolutely have to choose this place, haha! It's also very clean, and they ask you to change into slippers when you enter. This is the first time I've encountered a hostel that's both affordable and has strict rules (like no smoking, they have a dedicated smoking room). There's an elevator inside the hostel, but you still have to climb a small flight of stairs. The four-person room has eight people sharing two bathrooms. The only minor drawback is that both are Western-style toilets; it would be perfect if one was a squat toilet to accommodate different preferences. It's located in Dapi Lane, basically inside the Muslim Quarter, surrounded by delicious food. The downside to this is that shared bikes aren't allowed to park inside the alley; you have to find a parking spot at the alley entrance. So, no matter if you're taking a taxi or a shared bike, you'll have to walk a bit, but it's only a few hundred meters, so not too far. I truly recommend this hostel. I'm currently staying at a hostel in another city and constantly missing the facilities and strict rules of this one 😢

From airport pick-up to check-in, and then our excursion to the Terracotta Army the next day, everything was seamlessly arranged with a one-stop service. Our tour guide and lecturer were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable throughout, making it very kid-friendly – definitely a thumbs up! The entire experience was completely hassle-free. The hotel lobby was quiet and elegant, and our room, the Camphor Manor, was comfortable, clean, and boasted excellent natural light. The bed linens even had playful little astronaut designs, and there were both iPhone and Type-C charging cables by the bedside – attention to detail was top-notch, making for a very pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the Xiaonanmen morning market and about a 15-minute walk from the Bell and Drum Towers, offering both peace and comfort. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This was my second stay, and the hotel's location is truly unbeatable. It's directly across the street from the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and right at the northern entrance of the Grand Tang Everbright City. You can easily walk to key attractions like the South Square of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Grand Tang Everbright City, and Qin Han Tang Square, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. Plus, there's Joy City just across the road for all your shopping and dining needs – so handy! The hotel's exterior design is simple yet grand, giving off a very upscale vibe. The hotel is clean and tidy, and I have to praise the bedding in the rooms; it's incredibly comfortable! Make sure to visit the Qujiang Art Museum downstairs; the jade carvings are exquisite masterpieces, and the ceramics exhibition near the exit is also stunning. There's even a Picasso exhibition happening now, and it's free for hotel guests to visit. I especially want to mention how warm and welcoming all the staff are. Upon check-in, I was upgraded to an executive room for free, and on the morning of my departure, they proactively arranged a late check-out and gave me a lovely gift. Their thoughtfulness was truly exceptional, and a special thank you to Candy Jonay and the front desk staff for making me feel so at home. In short, if you want to fully experience the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Grand Tang Everbright City area, I highly recommend the Westin Hotel. Five stars all the way!

My stay in Xi'an far exceeded my expectations this time! The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. Whether it was visiting popular attractions or exploring the shopping districts at night, everything was easily accessible. As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the warmth of the staff; the check-in process was efficient and thoughtful, which made me feel very welcome. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The breakfast selection was rich, offering not only a balanced meal but also delicious local Shaanxi specialties, which energized me for each day's activities. Overall, it's incredible value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xi'an!

It was a beautiful moment to be there. I’m a female and I was traveling alone. And it totally felt safe to be there. Most of the team that I’ve seen were female too and they were always very helping if I needed something. Location is not so far from the Center and very quiet. I had the family room and the room is very spacious, isolated(in a good way) and cozy. Many windows but warm, the bathtub and the water was very hot. Very high ceiling and it’s always the best! Sometimes it’s important to have a great hotel by yourself if you are traveling alone, it totally gives you better feeling of the city and welcoming energy. For that it was a very good price. I’ll definitely come here again if I come back to X’ian one day and I already recommended my friends to stay here. Thank you so much Yixi hotel. Happy new year!

The ambiance is incredible! The design is so stylish, every corner is picture-perfect. The room's lighting is soft and inviting, and the layout feels high-end. The view from the window is so calming, every photo turns out amazing, letting you truly soak in that slow vacation vibe. The scenic views are excellent, and the hawthorn and cherry blossoms are stunning. Getting a taxi is super easy, and it's so quiet and therapeutic here. It’s the perfect place to completely relax and unlock a truly pleasant holiday experience.
