The best hotel in Xinxiang The location is excellent and it is very close to the highway intersection. There are many supermarkets and food around, and all kinds of conveniences. There is a large parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, and the security guards at the entrance are warm and thoughtful. The front desk beauty is considerate and meticulous. The room facilities are complete and the breakfast is rich. The hotel is equipped with a gym, the equipment is simple and practical, the management is orderly, and the service is in place.

Facilities: This is a very new hotel, and the price is really good. The bedding is very good, the shower head has a very even and powerful water flow, and the room has its own capsule coffee machine. There are two free cups of capsule coffee for you to drink, and there are also some drinks and snacks in the mini refrigerator. It was pretty standard, but the bed was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. Environment: Located next to Angeles City, just 10m walk to Angeles City. It is very convenient and there is a food street nearby. You basically don't have to move when you live here. Breakfast: The hotel's breakfast is quite rich, with both Chinese and Western food. The beef noodles are pretty good, there are many varieties of fruits, and there are also some desserts and cakes. Entertainment: The downstairs of the hotel restaurant turns into a small bar at night, which is quite lively. It also has a gym, laundry room, etc., which are all quite good. Overall, the price/performance ratio of this location is very high. It is the newest hotel in Xuchang. The choice of this hotel is quite a plus for this trip. Although it is located in Pangdonglai Angel City, the hotel is very quiet. The sound insulation is also very good. After staying in this hotel, I fell in love with Hyatt hotels. The experience and cost performance are very good.

The stay was excellent. The rooms were stylishly decorated, and the lobby was spacious with a lounge, sofas, chairs, and tables – it was perfect. The front desk service was also very welcoming. It's only a two- or three-minute walk from Li Pang Donglai Times Square, super convenient. The front desk has a luggage room for storage, a refrigerator, and a shop where you can buy Pang Donglai products. There's also a ”treasure chest” with some essentials. The lobby also has signs with daily temperature information. The room cleaning was meticulous, and the hotel offers free parking. The value for money is incredibly high, and they even provide a must-buy list. We couldn't find a single fault with it; we were extremely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend it. My stay at the Zhengzhou Greenland JW Marriott was truly wonderful! I particularly want to commend Front Office Manager Thierry. He was incredibly efficient during check-in, proactively reminding me how to connect to the WiFi and where breakfast was served. When I inquired about nearby dining options, he gave very detailed suggestions, and his friendly, approachable demeanor made me feel completely at ease. The entire experience, from arrival to entering my room, was seamless, and the service was exceptional. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Zhengzhou!

The room was great, and I was very satisfied! The front desk staff was also excellent! However, one staff member at breakfast was overly chatty. Being nearsighted, I couldn't clearly make out the details on the tables. I simply spotted an empty table and went to sit down, but the staff member immediately came over and gave me a long explanation about what the table signs (indicating availability, face up or down) meant. I found this completely unnecessary; they just needed to show me to an open table! Later, I accidentally tripped a little, and they immediately told me not to disturb other guests. Seriously, what's that all about? The service in this area definitely needs some retraining! Less talk, more action, and don't judge guests by their clothes!

Very good hotel, very good experience. 1. After booking, the front desk took the initiative to call and ask me about my room preferences, which was very considerate. 2. Check-in took the initiative to upgrade the room and sent us to the elevator door. 3. Welcome fruit and yogurt were delivered directly to the room, and asked if I was satisfied with the room. If I was not satisfied, I would change it. 4. The hotel has complete facilities, comfortable sleeping, and good sound insulation. 5. The hotel's breakfast is very rich and delicious. 6. The hotel can park on the ground and underground, which is very convenient for friends who travel by car. 7. It is very close to Cao Wei Ancient City and Times Square Pang Donglai Supermarket. Next time I come to Xuchang, I will choose to stay here.

The stay was very comfortable. The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom was amazing. Special mention to Mr Aaron at the front reception who helped us with our airline tickets as the Airline company staff was unable to understand our English. One thing they should improve on are the labels on the food items in the breakfast, since its an international chain they should consider these labels for international guests. The labels should in my opinion explain properly the ingredients or contents of the dish

The room was very nice but too cold. We asked the hotel to get a blanket and they gave us a mobile heater which worked fine. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety only on Sunday when it was very full, the hotel didn't fill up the empty food even when it was still 45 minutes before the end. The service was very attentive with drinks and the dirty dishes. On the second morning, we left for breakfast with ”please don't disturb” on the room but the room service came in and cleaned the room. It's a good service but the staff should respect the guest's decision about entering the room.
