From the moment I walked in, I felt the exceptional, attentive service. The staff were all smiles, guiding me every step of the way, and even proactively offered to help with my luggage. The front desk staff were just as friendly and professional during check-in. The room facilities were brand new and well-equipped. The bathroom and shower were well-designed with a clear separation of wet and dry areas. Housekeeping was meticulous. The environment was quiet and pleasant, making it an excellent choice for business trips or vacations.

This is an established five-star hotel with an excellent location right next to MixC Shopping Mall and very close to May Fourth Square. The service was exceptionally thoughtful and warm. From the moment I entered, staff members helped with my luggage and patiently answered all my questions. The laundry and room services were also excellent, with quick responses. Every staff member offered service with a smile, making me feel very welcome. Although the Qingxiang Pavilion is a bit older, the facilities are very well-maintained and clean. The room was quite spacious, with a separate wet and dry area and a bathtub. The hotel's own amenities smelled lovely. The breakfast buffet was abundant. The hotel even thoughtfully indicated peak times for dining, which was helpful for avoiding crowds. The handmade Qingdao steamed buns, stir-fried noodles, stir-fried beef, and stir-fried chicken were all delicious. The freshly made chicken soup wontons, ramen, congee, and omelets were also very popular. The sushi, fruits, and drinks were all of excellent quality! Overall, it was a perfectly wonderful stay. I will definitely return if I have the chance again.

The front desk staff at Ramada by Wyndham Airport are excellent; they called in advance to confirm my room reservation, so check-in was incredibly fast when I arrived. The restaurant staff are very welcoming and constantly tidying tables, and the cleaning aunties are very responsible and always greet guests. A special thanks to Mr. Wang, who noticed our luggage was heavy when taking the hotel shuttle to the terminal and proactively helped us load it into the car. The driver was also perfectly on time. Thank you!

This is the only hotel I've ever returned to for a second stay, and it's perfect for families. Every corner of the room was spotless, and the cleaning staff were plentiful and very welcoming. The bedding was exceptionally clean, and all the amenities like the hairdryer were thoughtfully chosen. The materials used for the cotton tissues, sink, toilet, and flooring were also very high quality. It's incredibly close to the beach, much closer than the Hilton next door. You practically step out onto the sand, and you can hear the sound of the waves from your room, which is a unique experience. The breakfast isn't huge, but it's well-prepared and delicious – even the kimchi was surprisingly good. The hotel has its own bakery, and the breakfast pastries are definitely worth trying; they're all made fresh daily. Here's the highlight: The beer is genuinely excellent. There's a craft brewery right underneath the hotel, making it almost the freshest beer in the world. Plus, there's a super cool cocktail bar next to it – a real hidden gem. The only thing that needs improvement isn't the hotel, but the 1903 restaurant next door. It's a bit pricey; the roasted chicken was 125, but the meat was a bit dry. However, the laba garlic shredded potatoes and various craft beers at the restaurant were delicious. My parents, my partner, and the kids all had a great time. The scenery is beautiful, and the hotel and bar staff were very friendly. The hotel's spa and foot massage were also excellent. All in all, the environment, service, and beer make this hotel worth a third visit!

The room was spotless and incredibly cozy, and it even had a balcony with a booth, making it the perfect choice for a trip with a few friends. The owner is a handsome young man who called ahead to ask if I needed parking or charging, and even reserved a spot for me when I said yes. Absolutely fantastic and so thoughtful! Shangri-La is one of my favorite hotels, and its location is excellent. Attractions like Baotu Spring are right nearby, and there's a shopping mall across the street and Daming Lake, making sightseeing very convenient. My stay happened to coincide with my birthday, and the hotel proactively arranged gifts, flowers, a cake, and a birthday light board. It made me feel so warm, and their reputation is truly well-deserved! 👍

The room was quite clean and tidy, although the carpet was a bit old. It was well-equipped, and the service was good. The breakfast was especially great, and it's very convenient for the train station with plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, pretty good.

Our stay exceeded all expectations! The hotel is right next to the airport, which made catching our flight incredibly stress-free. A special shout-out to Jonna – she was so warm and thoughtful, even helping us with a room upgrade. Her service was meticulous and caring, truly embodying the genuine hospitality of Shandong. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, making our overall experience comfortable and reassuring. This is definitely a highly recommended hotel near the airport!

This is my second trip to Rizhao, and my second stay at the Sheraton Rizhao. I'd like to extend a special thank you to Amy and Sally for their meticulous service this time. The overall experience was just as wonderful as last year 😊. The hotel's indoor and outdoor environments are both excellent. The swimming pool and gym are great, and there's even a kids' pool, which is very friendly for young children. My son had a fantastic impression of the hotel last year, and he said it was great again this time, already asking to come back next year 🤭. I love this small but beautiful city, and I hope Rizhao continues to thrive, and the Sheraton Rizhao continues to excel 😘. P.S. I even saw the sunrise from my room this morning – what a joy! ~

Staying with my child during the Chinese New Year was an absolute delight – this is definitely the top choice for families! Even during the peak Chinese New Year travel season, the overall experience was excellent and well-maintained. The service was impeccable, everything was orderly, and breakfast was completely stress-free, making our trip incredibly reassuring. The hotel's central location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the Three Confucius Sites. Surrounding it are plenty of malls and restaurants, making shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient. The Xiang Palace Restaurant comes highly recommended. As a must-try restaurant on many lists, it's the go-to spot in the area for authentic Kong Family Cuisine. The ambiance is elegant, and both the service and the dishes are exceptional, making for a fantastic dining experience. The breakfast area even has a small kids' play area, which is great for families with children. Plus, there's a quiet little courtyard at the back of the hotel, perfect for a stroll with the little ones anytime. The swimming pool was also excellent; even during Chinese New Year, it wasn't crowded. It's spacious with few people, and also features a steam room and hot tubs, making it very comfortable overall. The gym is also large and well-equipped. Even if you don't go out sightseeing, you can easily spend your time enjoying the hotel's amenities. The only minor drawback was that there were too few staff at the front desk, so there was a bit of a wait during check-in. Overall, with its prime location, reliable service, excellent dining, comprehensive family-friendly facilities, and complete recreational amenities, this is undoubtedly the best hotel for families traveling to Qufu with children.
