This was my first time choosing The St. Regis Lhasa Resort. Coincidentally, I had just stayed at the Shangri-La in Lhasa two days prior. The rooms at The St. Regis Lhasa Resort are significantly larger, and the quality of the slippers is much better. The entrance area is a walk-in closet, with a spacious bedroom to the left and a large bathroom to the right. They provide a Dyson hairdryer and even facial cleanser! Thumbs up! They have an oxygen concentrator and a humidifier, which are essential for the ******* region. Even though it wasn't a Potala Palace view room, the view was still excellent. The front desk staff, Anna, provided wonderful and thoughtful service. Knowing we ran out of water on the first day, she helped us restock with several extra bottles on the second day. Breakfast is semi-buffet. The à la carte items were all a bit salty. The buffet selection wasn't very extensive. Overall, the breakfast experience was just average. Some of the service staff are Nepalese, so you'll need to speak English with them, which is something to keep in mind.

Our trip to Lhasa was a perfect 10👍🏻👍🏻! As soon as we landed, our butler Bowen picked us up and arranged our itinerary. Danny at the front desk and Manager Xiang provided excellent service, helping us with all our needs. Quzhen from the lounge even made us tsampa by hand, giving us an immersive taste of local culture – truly unforgettable!

I absolutely love Farly Hotel. The staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, are incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel offers a wide range of activities, like spinning prayer wheels and performing sang offerings. I particularly recommend the evening sound bath experience and the morning Pilates. The instructor's stretching exercises really helped improve my posture. I also woke up early to watch the sunrise, but there's a mountain to the east of Farly, so the sun actually appears about 45 minutes after the official sunrise time. Still, it was a beautiful sight.

Must give the hotel a full score! As soon as I arrived at the front desk, I received a warm reception and checked in smoothly. The room hygiene is very meticulous and there is no smell. The breakfast dishes are rich and matched with fresh fruit. The hotel has an elegant environment and a comfortable rest. The whole service is intimate and thoughtful, the journey is tired and relaxing here, I recommend everyone to stay!

There is a large free parking lot, the facilities in the room are very good, and the hygiene is clean. There is an oxygen machine from 8pm to 8am, and the bathroom has 24-hour hot water. Although the shower water flow is a little small, it is generally good. The service attitude is particularly good and patient. The late check-out was not rushed. It was a very comfortable hotel experience.

I came to Lhasa backpacking alone, initially planning to rough it in a hostel for a few nights. But then a friend practically forced me to try this Hilton, saying 'you'll know once you stay here.' And okay, I admit, I'm completely hooked! The service was incredibly good. They proactively said, 'Let me arrange a comfortable yet affordable room for you,' and even hand-wrote a 'Lhasa guide' – telling me where to find the cheapest sweet tea, which monasteries have free entry, and which bus routes offer the best scenic views. The most touching moment was when I came back drenched from the rain one day. Immediately, someone brought me a bowl of hot herbal tea and a blanket, saying, 'Don't catch a cold, getting sick at high altitude is a hassle.' This kind of genuine care is something you might not even find in a five-star hotel. The value for money was surprisingly good. Honestly, I expected a Hilton to cost at least several hundred, but the price I booked was much lower than I anticipated, even more cost-effective than some private rooms in hostels. The room was clean and spacious, with oxygen supply and a humidifier, ensuring a really sound sleep at night. While breakfast wasn't a lavish buffet, it offered plenty of tsampa, butter tea, and boiled eggs, enough to keep me full until the afternoon, saving me lunch money. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and getting to the Potala Palace or Jokhang Temple costs just one yuan, making transportation costs almost negligible. After this stay, I feel like I hit the jackpot. Not just because it was affordable, but because of the unreserved kindness from the ******* people. Next time I visit Tibet, I won't hesitate – I'm definitely staying here again! 🙏🎒

This stay was absolutely perfect, I was extremely satisfied in every aspect! The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and friendly, and check-in was efficient and smooth; the rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortably laid out, making for an excellent stay; the breakfast was varied and delicious, a pleasant dining experience; the laundry facilities were complete and easy to use, making daily laundry very convenient; the gym had comprehensive equipment, making exercise and leisure very convenient. The hotel maintained strict hygiene standards, with every area spotless and refreshing, and its excellent location made transportation convenient. All the staff were professional and attentive, and the waiter Wanzai's attitude was superb. I sincerely recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again next time!

The towels and bath towels are plastic-sealed after disinfection, which is quite clean. It would be better if the details are strengthened a little more. Environment: The environment is okay. It is difficult to park at the door. You can park in the back yard. There are many places to eat and shop around. Service: The staff are very enthusiastic and take the initiative to help carry luggage. Although the power was cut off for an hour at night, the staff brought oxygen cylinders, which was very good.

The hotel also provides a rich buffet breakfast and various leisure facilities; and it must be said that the various flowers that are updated every day are comparable to five-star hotels; his family also has supporting coffee, teahouses, Chinese food, Western food, hot pot restaurants, and the Western restaurant actually has a grand piano! I recommend that everyone must try the old Chengdu hot pot, the ingredients are fresh, soft and delicious, and very delicious. The hotel's service is also very good, and it is strongly recommended that friends who have passed by Linzhi, staying here is the wisest choice, wash away the fatigue of the journey!
