Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The front desk staff saw we had a child with us and upgraded us to a suite for free. The room was fantastic with beautiful views outside the window. The location is super convenient, right next to the Hemu shuttle transfer center. The hotel was very accommodating; they even sent a car to pick us up because they were worried we wouldn't find it. The room was very clean and the environment was great. Our child had a wonderful stay!

It is especially recommended to try the hotel's secret Mongolian copper pot stew, which combines traditional and modern cooking concepts. Lamb slices are cooked in a boiling secret bone soup, with a mellow flavor of special hemp sauce marinade, and the tenderness of the entrance is intertwined with multi-layer flavors, which is endless. The most comfortable is of course to recommend hot springs. It is too comfortable to wash your troubles and fatigue. It is especially recommended for the original soup pool.

Greatly appreciate the airport pickup even when we arrived at 0100 hour. Hotel staff Alan is so friendly and helpful. He suggested to us a few great shopping places like 香妃 where the locals do their shopping. Emily is so kind to allow us to have late check out. Have a wonderful and pleasant stay in this hotel.

Although it's an established hotel, it has a great location, very close to the Grand Bazaar and within walking distance of nearby restaurants. The front desk lady, Ms. Aiman, is beautiful and friendly! 🌹I love her so much! 🌹She upgraded me to a junior suite, which was quiet, safe, and comfortable. It was amazing! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The housekeeper was a senior employee and a beautiful young woman, equally attentive and enthusiastic. This made my stay feel safe and secure during this trip, and it was a very pleasant stay! The hotel has a very high occupancy rate, and it would be even better if the breakfast menu featured more Xinjiang specialties. Overall, it's very good! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Our stay with my parents and children was absolutely perfect this time! The hotel environment is elegant and serene, the room is spacious and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring I had a great night's sleep. The staff were warm and professional, always ready to assist, which I greatly appreciated. The food was abundant and delicious, with breakfast being particularly outstanding. The facilities are comprehensive and modern, showcasing high quality throughout. Plus, they offer airport transfer service! The hotel is beautiful, check-in was quick, and Ann at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is great for taking photos, the swimming pool and the small hot spring are lovely, and the process of ordering food and having it delivered to the room felt very special. The breakfast was also incredibly generous and delicious. The only downside is that the ski resort transfer service could be improved; it would be even better. Highly recommended!

After a long and tiring journey, we arrived late in Tashkurgan County. The hotel we recommended online certainly didn't disappoint. The guy at the front desk recommended the Golden Grassland Hot Pot, which was authentic, generously portioned, and the Tajik staff was incredibly friendly. Back in the room, I wanted to get some oxygen, but the air vent was a little clogged. Once the front desk staff learned about it, they quickly and efficiently addressed it. The result was fantastic. While the plateau lacks oxygen, it's not lacking in people with faith and purpose. I'm so happy to see such a group of young people working towards a common goal. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and through the floor-to-ceiling windows next to the table, I could see the geraniums blooming in the morning sun and the peaks of the snow-capped mountains, evoking a sense of the sun shining on the golden mountains. The scenery along the way was also stunning. We caught the military parade on a great day, and the local people were enthusiastic. The red flag fluttered at the Khunjerab Pass...it was a truly magnificent occasion, just as you'd hoped. I sincerely hope this review reaches more people and lives up to its promise. I also hope the hotel staff will pass on this message to your boss: Conquering an empire is easy, but maintaining it is difficult. Never forget your original aspiration. I stayed for two nights, from September 17-18, 2025. I originally planned to stay outside the village, but Xinjiang is so vast that I didn't want to waste time traveling back and forth, so I chose to stay inside the village. Xingkong Hotel is not far from the entrance of the new village. The butler was very thoughtful and added me on WeChat beforehand. When I arrived at the village entrance, an electric car came to pick me up. Everything felt very attentive and pleasant. The less positive aspects were the breakfast, which was really poor. On the first day, the breakfast was all cold, even though the temperature was less than 10°C! On the second day, I mentioned it to the butler, and it was a bit warmer, but the variety was so limited that I felt embarrassed to take photos. Also, when I wanted to wash up before bed, there were five combs but not a single toothbrush. I tried calling the front desk for a long time, but no one answered. My husband had to jog to the front desk to get one (it was about a 100-meter run!). I do want to thank the butler for being very attentive and responsible throughout our stay. After checking out, I realized that they seemed to have upgraded all four of our rooms. It's a bit of a shame that the bathtub couldn't be used.

The hotel only focuses on the visual design, but it is flashy and not practical! I felt that I had chosen the right place when I checked in, but I would never stay there again after I stayed there! Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!
