My top choice for hotels when I'm on a business trip to Xinjiang! It's clean, hygienic, and incredibly convenient for getting around, with all the necessary amenities nearby. Most importantly, the service attitude is excellent and very friendly, especially from the lovely Ms. Nur and the handsome Mr. Alpha, who provide very thoughtful service!

Environment: A charming small hot spring county. The hotel offers a panoramic view of vast snow-capped mountains, perfect for a relaxing vacation. Facilities: Hot spring tickets were included, but it was essentially a large, noisy public bath with a very average environment and lots of people. The complimentary buffet dinner at the hot spring wasn't very good either. The room was small, and at over 2000 per night, it wasn't great value for money. Service: The staff were very enthusiastic, and the travel photographers were also very nice. Restaurant: The hotel restaurant's food was excellent! Highly recommend! The breakfast was also quite unique and special.

Only 小黄 front desk is good, others legit cmi.. my wife go ask for bellboy cart, no one bother to help at all.. wts, we are foreigner sure got luggage nobody bother to help after almost an hour until my wife ask for cart to bring luggage up and nobody care till i got piss off and asked for 退房. Totally ********, but thanks 小黄. Willing to upgrade us for free but i decline and paid for the upgrade room, thanks alot. P.S. Travel alot in china, not just a stopover for few days in urumqi but bringing my whole families to stay if the hotel is good as they keen in travelling in xinjiang in future.

The hotel is new, with a few other hotels nearby. The rooms are spacious, and the service is warm and friendly. I stayed for two nights, and when checking out, the hotel gave me a small gift of snow chrysanthemum tea and a silk scarf, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast had a good variety, but the taste was just so-so. The TV remote in the room was broken or out of battery. Both nights, a staff member had to come to the room to turn off the TV, which was a bit awkward.

This hotel offers great value for money. They provide a complimentary airport shuttle, which saves on taxi fares both ways. Upon check-in, someone brought us water, which was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were very efficient and friendly, always smiling. In the lobby, they offer dried fruits, cookies, juice, and coffee. They also gave us coffee vouchers for their adjacent coffee shop. After check-in, they even escorted us to the elevator, explaining all the hotel's facilities and amenities in detail along the way. The guest room was very clean. In the evening, they also sent a fruit platter to our room. The breakfast in the morning was extensive and delicious. Oh, and the hotel also offers free laundry service; you just hand over your clothes, which is very convenient. Overall, I really love this hotel; it's excellent value for money and highly recommended.

This hotel is right opposite the east gate of Sayram Lake. My partner and I booked an appointment to get our marriage certificate at Sayram Lake, and since we had to queue and take a number, we wanted to find a nearby hotel. We discovered this lakeside hotel, which is part of the Marriott group. We booked a standard room, and when we checked in at the front desk, we were told it was on the first floor. I was a bit disappointed, thinking we wouldn't have a lake view. However, the front desk attendant, Jocelyn, kindly upgraded us to a lake view room for free. She was also very thoughtful and helped us carry our luggage to the room, asking along the way if we needed any help. When she learned our standard room didn't include breakfast, she even offered us complimentary breakfast. We are truly, truly grateful! The breakfast spread was extensive and suited my Hubei palate well: porridge, steamed buns, fried rice, beef noodles, and fresh fruit – everything you could wish for. While eating breakfast, we could enjoy the beautiful lakeside scenery, with the shimmering reflections on Sayram Lake looking like countless stars dancing in the water. Looking out the window at the distant snow-capped mountains was invigorating and filled us with a longing for boundless freedom. In the evening, when we were about to go out for dinner and didn't know where to find good food nearby, a gentleman who seemed to be the lobby manager noticed our dilemma and proactively came to ask if he could help. After hearing our thoughts, he enthusiastically recommended some highly-rated and delicious restaurants. We followed his recommendations and tried one (Lamjing, right across from the hotel), and the food was indeed fantastic and very much to my Hubei taste. We are incredibly thankful to the hotel staff, especially the wonderful Miss Jocelyn, who showed us such meticulous care and attention throughout our trip. They made our marriage certificate journey truly unforgettable! Sayram Lake! We'll be back next time! And we'll definitely stay at AC Hotel again!!! Highly recommend!!

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Hotan Night Market. Downstairs are various snack shops and beverage stores, as well as a Macro supermarket, which I highly recommend. A taxi to Tuancheng and the museum is only about 2 km and costs 8 yuan. The room was spacious, and the stay was quite relaxing. The breakfast selection wasn't very varied, but the quality was adequate. These are the positives, and the hotel is highly recommended (the supermarket downstairs is a significant plus). The room interior was a bit dated, for example: the carpet was dirty, cigarette butts and other debris were hidden under the bed, the walls were damaged, the wall sockets were old, there were no hangers in the shower, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and the bathroom had a pungent, pungent odor (perhaps this isn't a common problem; I rented three rooms and only felt that one was more severe). The Wi-Fi signal was weak and intermittent. Compared to the environment and facilities, the service was probably the most concerning. For example, the toilet paper roll was barely enough for a day's use, and even if I didn't provide it for a three-day stay, I wasn't given it, and the response to requests was slow. Also, the souvenirs included in the booking package didn't match the pictures. They weren't coasters, but mouse pads and cardboard signs with the hotel logo. This wasn't a pleasant experience, and authenticity and trust are key. Based on the price/performance, location, ambiance, and space, I still recommend this hotel. After all, we don't stay here to socialize. A quiet and reasonably clean place is fine.

OMG, my friend recommended this place to me. The hot springs in Shawan are really good in winter. It was cloudy when we first set out. As time went by, the closer we got to our destination, the clearer it got. Until the sun broke through the clouds, the sky gradually became blue. The outdoor hot springs are surrounded by mountains on three sides. The air is filled with curling water mist and the smell of sulfur.
