Rizamat Manor—An Aesthetic Manor from the Land of Earthen Architecture
Opened in June, 2025, Rizamat manor is located in the Grape Town of Turpan City. 30+ guest rooms designed with different theme styles are connected in four independent buildings. It features a Turpan-style sand therapy area, a cafe, a kiln, a raisin oast house, a rooftop intangible cultural heritage handicraft workshop, and a SPA room. It also incorporates unique cultural experiences such as creative kiln-baked "naan pizza," Uyghur molded pottery, traditionl wood rubbing, and visits to Uyghur local families.
Rizamat, originally meaning a beloved breed of grape, is famous for its unique flavor and "ruby" appearance. And the Manor as the name suggests, is like a ruby inlayed in Turpan, a place where natural wonders and profound history intertwine.
Stepping into Rizamat, appreciating the beauty of the rugged texture of the Gobi Desert meeting the mysterious ancient Loulan style, like entering a mysterious melancholic castle, strolling through the light-dappled corridors and listening to the melodious desert melodies, dreams across a thousand years ago emerge in everyone's mind. Here we use the manor as a medium, combining "Western Regions" with "modern life" into the living experience, making every stay a "local life exhibition".
"The biggest surprise of my Turpan trip was staying at Rizamat Homestay! The entire estate feels like an ancient Western Regions castle, blending Uyghur and Moroccan styles with rammed earth walls, pointed towers, and courtyard pools. Every photo taken here looks like an exotic blockbuster, creating an incredible atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean, with intricate ethnic decor details – the wooden carved furniture and distinctive throw pillows were incredibly charming. With both central air conditioning and underfloor heating, it was exceptionally comfortable. The service was warm and attentive, with welcome fruits upon check-in and complimentary mini-bar drinks. Breakfast was rich and authentic. The location is excellent, very close to Grape Valley Scenic Area, making transportation convenient. The estate also has a café, a sand therapy area, and a laundry room, offering a full range of recreational facilities for an excellent experience. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Turpan!"
