The environment is pleasant, and the location is convenient as it is situated in front of a mall. The room is also spacious. However, the housekeeping aspect is somewhat unsatisfactory. Although housekeeping is provided daily, the cleaning appears to be minimal. The floor is neither swept nor vacuumed, resulting in dust accumulation. In addition, the management should pay closer attention to the condition of the rooms. In my case, the bathroom door hinge was almost detached, which could pose a safety risk to guests. I hope these matters can be improved in the future.

A very simple room. Toilet is pretty small and the whole toilet will be wet when you shower as there's no partition. and the placement of tissue paper a little far, on the other end. No free parking provided but at least the parking is just behind. Soundproofing is really bad so it's really noisy, you can hear people talking loudly outside and even the hair drying sound from next door

I booked a sea view room and the view was absolutely stunning. The location is also very convenient, only a 3-5 minute drive to Kuantan city center when there’s no traffic. Finding food is easy too, with several restaurants just a short walk from the hotel. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. The only downsides were that check-in took a bit longer due to a long queue, and parking was a little challenging since it was very crowded, likely because of the weekend. Other than that, there wasn’t much to complain about. Overall, the hotel offers comfort, complete facilities, and a strategic location. This will definitely be one of my favorite stays whenever I’m in Kuantan.

The bed was cosy and provided a good night’s rest. The pillows and bedding were soft, fresh, and suitable for a relaxing overnight stay. The water pressure was good, and the basic amenities were sufficient for a comfortable stay. There were no major issues, and the room felt properly maintained throughout the stay. Another positive point was the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Everything is straightforward, clean, and reliable. The staff also deserve recognition. They were polite, responsive, and ready to assist when needed. Good service does not always need to be dramatic; sometimes, simple efficiency and professionalism are enough to create a strong impression. The team at the hotel managed to deliver that well. This is our first time staying at this hotel and dare I say, it was one of the best 5-star hotels I’ve been in. Will definitely, definitely come again. Everything and everyone were wonderful. The room was so squeaky clean and no speck of dusts anywhere. The bathroom’s design was top notch I love every inch of it. And the room had carpet-floor which made it easier and less painful for my baby to crawl around. The view was to die for. Very secluded and private and calm. Okay now the breakfast, heads off to the chef, the foods were amazing. I think this hotel has been here for quite a while now but they had managed to maintain and made it look like brand new. Two things I wanna suggest a bit, maybe can provide a prayer mat for the muslims or the front desk maybe should ask first whether we need any prayer mats, that would’ve been nice. One other thing, during breakfast, maybe can make sure the utensils are more accessible rather than upon request cause each table was provided with limited number of spoons and forks. But yeah other than that, everything was perfect from the beginning till the end. Huge thanks to Mark as well cause he did a wonderful job assisting us to our room and everything. Kudos to every staffs here, they were so nice and helpful. Oh yeah almost forgot about the welcome drinks, they were absolute perfect thank you so much. Will come again and again. Best hotel here.

I recently had the chance to stay at Adena Beach Resort, and honestly it turned out to be a really refreshing getaway. The biggest highlight is definitely the private beach. Waking up to the sound of waves and being able to walk straight to the beach in the morning is something you don’t get everywhere. The beach was clean, peaceful, and perfect for a slow morning walk during sunrise. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with a relaxing view that makes you feel like you’re truly on a break from the city. The resort itself has a calm atmosphere — not overly crowded, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Another thing I appreciated was the friendly and helpful staff. From check-in to check-out, the service felt warm and welcoming. Small gestures from the team really made the stay more pleasant. If you’re looking for a quiet beach escape in Pahang, especially near Kuantan, Adena Beach Resort is definitely worth considering. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down, breathe, and just enjoy the sea breeze for a while. Would definitely come back again for another short retreat.

Good stay, comfortable bed, lovely room, beautiful view with balcony, tasty breakfast. The only thing i hope they improve is the iron & the ironboard. It’s very difficult to use & doesn’t really work well. But overall, everything else is perfect 🎀 1010 recommended! 💗

Strategically located near Menara 188, trendy coffee shops, and the Kuantan riverfront. The price is reasonable and the service is excellent. This is my second stay here, and I will definitely return again.

Overall, everything was very good and satisfying, except for the pizza I had by the beach, which had a hair in it. Someone did come and replace it with a new pizza, but the time taken to prepare the replacement was very long, to the point that I had already lost my mood to enjoy the pizza. The first time I ordered, the food arrived very quickly, but when they replaced it, I had to wait for quite a long time. This was very disappointing.
