"We had a lovely family staycation at Colmar Tropicale and really enjoyed our time there. The surroundings were beautiful and made for a relaxing getaway. A heartfelt thank you to the team for upgrading our room and surprising my husband with a complimentary birthday dessert. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made his birthday extra special, and we truly appreciated it. The service throughout our stay was excellent. Every staff member we met was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only area that could use some improvement is the bathroom cleanliness, as it wasn't quite up to the standard we expected. Other than that, we had a great stay and created wonderful memories with our family. We'd definitely consider coming back again."

With free parking and clean rooms, it's a solid option for those looking for convenience without breaking the bank. Overall, my experience was a bit disappointing. I had informed the staff a day prior that I would be checking out at 5:30 a.m., and I was told that the front desk operates 24 hours. However, when I went down in the morning, there was no one at the counter. I waited from 5:30 a.m. until 6:10 a.m., and there was still no staff available. During that time, I repeatedly called the number listed on their official website (+60 10-921 2677), but no one answered. At 6:10 a.m., I sent a WhatsApp message with my bank account details and left. The staff only replied around 6:30 a.m., and my deposit was immediately transferred to my account, which I appreciate. Still, I hope the management can improve their coordination and ensure that the front desk is staffed as promised, especially when guests have notified them in advance. Thank you."

"This is my second time staying here. The first time, I got a room on level 29, and the view was already great. This time, I requested a high floor and had to pay an additional RM50 for it. I was willing to pay for the 'carpet of clouds' view, but unfortunately, I didn't get to see it. Regardless, it's a fantastic hotel with a wide variety of delicious breakfast options."

"Though we went in July , there was no rush but still Check in was time taking . Hotel is attached to the adventure area, mall, sky avenue (cable car) . So no cabs are required to reach adventure park. Only the breakfast was not included so we had to search for good breakfast options. We took room in the 1st tower which did not had the valley view but the front view from our room was amazing , & we loved getting up in the morning with a view of moving gondolas ."

"This hotel really amaze me. This one bed room suite come with 2 washroom, one with bath tub. And also come with 2 TV, 1 in room, 1 in living room. The room is clean, complimentary drinks in fridge. All the staff in the hotel are so welcoming and polite. The breakfast choices are good too. My kids enjoyed playing in the pool, it’s clean. Thanks for the great hospitality."

"The room so spacious, clean and comfortable. Got many car park so dont worry. While my kids so enjoy and got soo much fun swimming at their kids pool! Will repeat soon 🥰"

"A very simple room. Toilet is pretty small and the whole toilet will be wet when you shower as there's no partition. and the placement of tissue paper a little far, on the other end. No free parking provided but at least the parking is just behind. Soundproofing is really bad so it's really noisy, you can hear people talking loudly outside and even the hair drying sound from next door"

Good amenities and shops at the first 3 floors to meet the needs of the families in terms of food, groceries, souvenir, massage for a relaxing trips, getaway. Covered link bridge up and down the highlands to the attractions."
