The hotel was excellent. The location is perfect - close to the bus stop(which goes to the city centre) and the beach. They kept different chocolates every time they were done with room service that was really sweet.
Worth the stay!
One tip: Please carry cash for bus travel as bus travel is cash only. They don’t accept cards for inter city travel.

The HM Mar Blau 4* hotel is surrounded by gardens, in a quiet environment. It is a fantastic hotel to enjoy with the family in Cala Millor - Sa Coma, located near one of the best beaches in Mallorca. It has both studios and flats equipped with kitchenette. In addition, the hotel has 2 outdoor swimming pools (one of which is for children) and an indoor pool, gym, sauna, massage service (on request, extra charge) and a children's club for 7 to 12 year olds. There are also 2 bars and a buffet restaurant with themed dinners.

The best hotel with very good service. There are also many activities : sport, sauna, wellness..
It is located directly to the sea with very beautiful views.
The food is healthy and delicious. The staff are nice and sympathetic. Unfortunately it is only far from Mallorca city. If you have a car, then it would certainly not be a problem. It is also suitable for older people. I think that is quite good, because you always have your rest.

Amazing Hotel, Very welcoming staff.
Room are small especially the shower but can’t let this spoil the rest of the hotel.

Great value hotel, including breakfast and dinner, are buffet, very delicious! The room was very clean, I chose a room facing the sea, I woke up every day in the beautiful scenery of the sunrise on the sea, and I was in a good mood all day. The hotel has its own four swimming pools, one of which is on the shore rock, and it is especially convenient to swim in the sea and rest on the shore. In the evening, the hotel also has a bar singing, and the atmosphere is very good. And this hotel has 16 years old and above to live, so all leisure areas are very quiet, no children are noisy. In addition, we went at the end of October, it was already the end of the tourist season, so there were not many people and it was not crowded anywhere.

The hygiene was good, but the room's soundproofing was terrible; I could clearly hear conversations from the next room. The facilities were a bit old. The food quality was good, but it was quite crowded.

I chose this hotel as my accommodation for my trip to Mallorca.
The front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean. The elevator was convenient because it worked quickly without having to wait!
One thing that was disappointing was that water and an electric kettle were not provided.
However, it is close enough to the airport by bus or taxi, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk away, so it is a good hotel geographically.
The swimming pool is not big, but it is free to use, which was nice :)

Мне достался отремонтированный номер, очень милый, имейте ввиду в туалет стеклянная прозрачная дверь. Пол был грязный, попросила помыть, но его только подмели, так и остался грязным. После обращения на ресепшен пол все-таки помыли но на следующий день снова только подметали. В номере не было одеяла, мне стало прохладно ночью, не могла уснуть, спустилась на ресепшен за одеялом, сказали что одеял нет, но после моих грустных глаз сотрудник отдал мне свое одеяло. В номерах нет халатов, шампуней и кондиционеров для волос, некуда повесить полотенца. В отеле есть анимация, довольно странная. Зато расположен отель идеально, рядом красивый пляж, куда приезжают со всего города купаться. Персонал приветливый, люди хорошие. Я приехала после отеля HM и там было сильно лучше по эстетике и чистоте. Завтраки были не разнообразные, довольно грустные. Вернуться в этот отель не хочется

GGuest UserOverall, it is a reasonably priced all-inclusive hotel. I think I think the a la carte is good, but the quality of the buffet requires improvement. The range of activities on site is rather limited. The kids enjoy the painting session and the kids disco.

The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation.
The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years.
One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. GGuest UserWow, where to begin. My husband and I brought our 3 year old to Mallorca after moving half way across the world. It was our first break from craziness in a year, and we were lured by the direct flight from our city to visit Mallorca for a week after Christmas. I found the Elba Sunset after doing a bit of research on where to stay on the island. First, and most importantly, I want to say an immeasurable thank you to the entire staff of the Elba. When I say, I could not have imagined how relaxing, joyful, kind, thoughtful, and generous the staff of this establishment could be, I mean it. They are all truly, truly amazing. (Apologies in advance if names are spelled incorrectly!).I specifically want to thank Marta, Elise, Adrian, Christiane, Henry, Paula, Pedro, the whole cleaning staff, and truly every person I encountered there, for making this vacation, one we really desperately needed, so wonderful. Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. Speaking of the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough. The stunning location, the sun, the bright spacious room with a beautiful sea view, the pool (albeit freezing...not that my husband and son cared!), the spa, and the restaurant overlooking the water. 100 out of 10 for the people who make the Elba Sunset the magical place that it is. AAnonymous UserWe stayed for four nights as a group of six people in three rooms. There were some good points: many staff members were friendly, the hotel is very close to the beach, and the restaurant offered a good variety of food.
However, the overall experience was disappointing.
The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bath towel in the room was extremely dirty, and I only noticed it after using it. The chair in the room was also full of small hairs, and the lid of the kettle had mould on it.
There were also several service and follow-up problems. The safe in the room was not working and was never fixed. We selected the green cleaning policy, which should include free minibar service, but the minibar was never provided or refilled during our stay. We reported this to the front desk four times, but nothing was resolved.
Communication also needs improvement. I booked a spa treatment through the app, but when I arrived, I was told it was only a “request” and not a confirmed appointment. In addition, when I called the front desk, my call was cut off before I finished speaking, and this happened twice.
Finally, although we booked full board, no drinks were included at dinner, and even still water had to be paid for separately. This was not clearly explained.
Overall, the location, food variety and some staff were good, but the repeated cleanliness, maintenance and service issues made the stay fall below expectations.de

GGuest UserNice hotel but reception could do with updating processes as there was always a queue and several times our key wouldn't work. It was nice to have a pool but very small and the jacuzzi bubbles wouldn't ever work. Breakfast was nice but busy abd quite expensive. The location worked well for easy access to the beach and some nice restaurants.the bus to palma is outside which is ideal.
