I recently stayed at a voco hotel and had a mixed experience. The hotel has a modern and vibrant atmosphere that I really enjoyed upon arrival. The dƩcor is stylish, and the overall ambiance is inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm welcome during check-in.
However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. While the room was clean and well-appointed, I found it to be smaller than I expected, which made it a bit cramped for two guests. Additionally, I encountered some minor issues with the amenities; for instance, the Wi-Fi was somewhat unreliable at times, which was frustrating during my stay.
The hotel's location was decent, with several restaurants and attractions within walking distance, but it wasn't as central as I had hoped. Overall, voco has a great concept with its focus on sustainability and unique twists, but a few tweaks could enhance the overall experience. I would consider staying again, but with slightly lower expectations.

UUKrainThe location is very convenient. You can take bus No. 81 to many places for shopping and sightseeing. Bus No. 7 charges ļæ”5ā£ļø There are only two stops to Xiqi Road Airport T5, and the frequency is about 20 minutes. 1 bus is from 07:00 to 23:00 in the morning. There are many places you can transfer to the subway at the airport. It would be ideal if you can have a separate toiletš¤ It is very convenient to buy food at the petrol station by walking about 3ā£ļøminutesš

YYONGERIn order to take the children to the nearby school for an interview, stayed for one night, so there is not much demand for the hotel. The facilities in the room are general, the beds are put together, not very comfortable, the health is OK, the breakfast is too poor, the overall feeling is not acceptable for the holiday! The decoration at the front desk is ok, warm and elegant!

Disadvantages: No air conditioning is a bit stuffy, the door is 10 stairs, and will not take the initiative to help you carry your luggage. I moved up by myself.

GGuest UserNice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful.

GGuest UserStaff and service are lovely lovely - the bed on my first night was a little soft. Skirting in the first bathroom didnt look like it had been cleaned in a year.
The upholstery was pretty grim in both rooms, large cofee/wind stain on the curtains. The sofa looked like something from a student house and the desk chair pretty much the same - not reflective of room price

LLAUThe breakfast is the same every day, I vomited after eating, and the sheets and bed were dusty. When my friend picked me up to go to the hotel in the UK, when I checked the hotel's hygiene, I saw hair and dust on the bed. I wanted to complain at the first time, but my friend said Forget it, it doesn't make sense. The second day and the third day are still the same, I'm about to go crazy, after I reported to Trip.com customer service, the hotel staff came up and brought me a towel and it's all over š°
