Clean and hygienic, quite good, really good.
Facilities: Not bad.
Environment: Convenient location.
Service: Very good.
It's quite close to Renhe and Metro Station Exit B.
Haha, let me mention a small detail: the bathroom was very clean and smelled particularly nice. This detail really impressed me! I came because the reviews were good, and it definitely lived up to the praise. I hope the establishment continues to maintain this standard!
Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes.
UPs: So close to the airport, while giving away FREE shuttle to the CGK airport. The staff is sooo helpful, even though I didn't meet the head manager, yet. There are so many food shelter nearby that you can choose, in order to enhance the flavour of Indonesia. The price is quite affordable, so that you don't have to compare with the other hotel. They even choose the minimalist-futuristic furniture, so that you could safe space, while carrying a lot of bags.
DOWNs: I literally saw a bug, luckily the staff is so swift getting rid if it. According to the schedule, even though it was late, even by 9 (nine) minutes, the airport shuttle is still reliable.
We had a wonderful stay at FM7 Resort Hotel Bandara Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is excellent, especially for travelers who need quick access to the airport.
The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service was excellent. The facilities are also great, with comfortable rooms and good amenities that made our stay relaxing.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers, especially couples or anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near Jakarta Airport.
Facilities: Located inside the airport, very easy to find, although the entrance isn't grand.
Cleanliness: Decent, but ventilation is average.
Environment: Super convenient for transfers, and plenty of dining options nearby.
Service: Warm, friendly, and they speak a little Chinese.
Recommended for transit.
The room quality was pretty standard. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.
The price felt a bit high for a 3-star hotel, possibly because of the location.
The service was alright, but there is no toilet paper, only face napkin and the room need quite some time (around 20 minutes) to be cold, and restroom is small, but the room service is good, change our towel and set up our clothes properly. But the location to get into shuttle bus little bit far to walk
Nice big bungalow - Nice bed - Good air conditioning - Large bathroom with shower and hot water - Fridge nice and cold - Coffee & Tea facilities - Bottles of water - Daily cleaning

Location: 15-min car ride to airport. Free shuttle service provided by the hotel at 1.5-hour interval. No other business or eateries around the hotel.

I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises.

KKenneth kylbriStaying at the Aryaduta Lippo Village is a wonderful experience, truly feeling like a resort-like escape right in the city. The incredibly lush and expansive tropical gardens are immediately striking, creating a genuine urban oasis. A clear highlight is the massive lagoon-style swimming pool, a perfect spot for relaxation that reinforces the hotel's serene, family friendly atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful, making the entire visit pleasant and welcoming. While the hotel has a classic charm, it is very well-maintained with all the modern comforts needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering the convenience of being within easy walking distance to the supermall and various restaurants. This hotel comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway without leaving the city conveniences behind.
LLC666I believe that the hotel was a local's favorite as the booking was quite full during Eid al-Fiṭr despite its relatively high price. The hotel was full of family and kids and there is no tranquility. Unlike other comparable hotels in the area, the hotel was not directly connected to the so called private beach. The so called private beach is not private at all and was occupied by many other non hotel guests. The non hotel guests can even park at the hotel carpark and use the ”private beach” and pool for free. Hence the ”private beach” was very full as those street vendors would charge people using the public beaches. So many non hotel guests just flooded in and the staff couldnt care less. So basically hotel guests are stripped off the privilege in using it, and you could never find any space. No towel was provided at the ”private beach”, the pool was like a mud swamp. No locker, only three btoken huts for toilet and changing, and no towel provided. As for the pool in the hotel main building, there is no control as well and seems anyone can use. Only several chairs and pavilions were available but all were occupied by people who did not dress like hotel guests (who would bring their clothes for changing at the pool if they are hotel guests?) Staff was non existent and no one offered to help you find some empty seat. As to other services, the dinning part is fine and food were reasonable. For the room and hotel, while the overall maintenance is ok given that the hotel is pretty new, maintenance was needed as well as cleanliness. The water at the outdoor bath was not hot. No hair conditoner and body lotion. Service-wise, the front desk people are good and tried their best to help. Hope they would not ring guests up at 9am asking them if they want to clean up room. Overall, view from the hotel was stunning, but not even close to 4-star services and facilities.
YYonghuyizhuxiao_1705The hotel room facilities are a bit old, and the cleanliness didn't meet expectations. The bedding might have been used for a while as there were yellow stains. The chairs weren't very clean either.
It's right next to the exhibition hall. The good thing is you can get there in 3 minutes. The downside is that if there's an event at the hall, it starts getting noisy from 4 AM, and sometimes there's construction at night. Out of 6 nights, I only had 3 good nights' sleep. The motorcycle noise outside is also very loud, which seems to be a city characteristic and not the hotel's fault.
Overall, I'm satisfied.

GGuest UserLobby was nice but the room itself definitely has seen better days. The wastafel faucet almost off, it keep wriggling whenever you use it and there's something like black mold on the lining of it. The toilet paper holder completely broken. I was being careful making coffee because the table that hang by the wall was askew, if nothing done to it pretty sure it'll fall off soon.
Also there's no chair available so I had to drink by the bed.
The staffs were nice though. It was short visit so it's okay-ish for airport hotel but it'll be nice to see some improvement

GGuest UserThe room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there.
Food:
The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋
Amenities:
There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience.
AAnonymous UserThe front desk staff at this hotel were quite friendly. The room was average, not very big, and the cleanliness was just okay. The breakfast, however, was good, and there were plenty of parking spaces, which was convenient.

NNOR HAZWANI BINTI AZMANI recently stayed at Hotel Tentrem Jakarta during a bus trip, and it was an excellent experience! The hotel is very accessible for bus travelers, with easy drop-off and pick-up points. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for resting after a long journey.
The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out quick and hassle-free. Breakfast had a nice variety, and the hotel facilities, including the lounge and Wi-Fi, were great for relaxing before continuing the trip.
Highly recommended for anyone traveling by bus who wants a convenient and comfortable stay in Jakarta!
