Location is good. it's near to the airport.... staff is good...... outside there are no food d points... although they have some snacks and instant noodles at the reception u can buy.... there is a free shuttle to the airport but only up to 1pm. after that u have to pay 55000 IDR and they will drop u. there is not tooth brush and tooth paste. room is enough for a short stay and for one person. they will provide u breakfast for 50000 IDR but honestly I didn't like that. Rice was too salty and chicken was not cooked properly... I booked room with river view but it wasn't like that.... overall it was clean... WiFi was working well.... they provide wake up call....

Free shuttle is very considerate. All of the staffs are so helpful and friendly. The room is very spacious and amenities are complete. Only the AC a bit too noisy and hard to ignore, maybe try to check the AC.

Overall, a good value stay if you need a clean hotel close to the airport with easy access and food nearby.

The rooms are clean and modern but quite compact, with no windows and limited space for large luggage. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the wellness center offers a nice place to relax before or after a flight. While the location is unbeatable for airport access, some guests note minor issues such as noise from the corridor, fixed air-conditioning, and small bathrooms. Overall, it’s a great option for short stays and rest between flights, offering comfort and efficiency rather than luxury.

The room quality was pretty standard. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The price felt a bit high for a 3-star hotel, possibly because of the location.

The room was really small, but everything else was okay. Luckily, there was a pool and a gym. The breakfast was a bit on the Japanese side, and the variety wasn't extensive. The congee here is generally on the dry side, which isn't really what people from my country are used to.

Third stay at this hotel after a long haul international flight. Everything was seamless and easy. Staff were amazing. I will definitely be staying there again in the future, especially due to the location to the airport.

Convenient for a layover, being close to the airport. I'd definitely stay here again. It would be perfect if there was a shuttle service available for transfers late at night. The hygiene was good, and the service attitude was also quite nice.
