Excellent stay overall. Great location with convenient access to nearby malls and attractions. Room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service throughout the stay. Amenities were good and suitable for a relaxing and productive business trip. Highly recommended.

Check in is allowed before 2pm The room assigned was clean & functional 2 big bottles of water provided is plus points. The pillow & duvet in the room is soft & comfortable The hotel located beside Esplanade mall is very convenient,easy to get to Watson's , zus coffee , milk tea and some cafe / restaurants . The swimming pool is nice , the kids love it The front desk is fast n efficient , answering my questions professionally . They provide good quality shampoo ,body foam & hand soap If the hotel can provide some extra TV channel & hair conditioning would be better Due to the hotel not having gym facilities , U can use gym facilities inside Esplanade mall but they only open at 10am , which is slightly upset for me cuz I don't have the chance to use it because of late opening time . Overall it was a good experience for my family at the KSL Esplanade Hotel

This hotel is rather old and quiet. The marble design is nice but carpets all need refurbishing as many marks and old stains. Reception staff and cleaner are helpful and friendly. Effective and polite. Beds are nice to sleep in. Parking indoor is convenient with a car park lift but you need to walk about 80 feet indoor walk way from the carpark lift into the lobby /room lifts. For elderly people who can't walk well, it's not so convenient unless you drop them at the ground floor lobby first. Overall ok for a quiet stay. There's a beautiful huge mosque facing some hotel rooms. If you need a quiet sleep, you may opt for rooms without the mosque view. It's on the other side and it's really quiet. There is a small mall opposite of the hotel. A walking distance. Convenient with fast food and local brand clothes. If you are traveling for work or just a quiet stay, this place is suitable. If it's for more happenings around this area, you need to go Concorde KL.

I had a pleasant stay at Bangi Resort Hotel. The front desk staff were especially friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay, which made the check-in and overall experience smooth and enjoyable. The Heritage Room was comfortable and well-maintained. The hotel environment is generally peaceful. Overall, a positive experience, largely thanks to the excellent service from the front desk team.

Just got back from Sunway Resort and it was absolutely amazing! 🥳 The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of fruits, pastries, and both Western and Asian options – we were spoiled for choice every morning. 🍎🥐 The kids absolutely loved the children's pool with all its slides and water features; it was their personal paradise! 💦 The pool area is really well designed, allowing adults to relax nearby too. The best part is the direct connection to the shopping mall. It's just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient! 🛍️🎬 It felt like everything was taken care of on this holiday. Was a very fun places for family with kids. Many places to visit inside the resort but all have to pay for it with no ALL IN combo ticket. N Some are not really cheap. The room was located with some distance to every places included lobby. Must used buggy to transfer to each place. We were quite lucky that our room quite near to the lobby although need some walking distance still. Waiting for the buggy was quite wasting time. This was exactly like the review mentioned before. Due to using buggy transfer between the rooms n the lobby, the worst thing we facing was the room card, the key was not able to access. Again have to wait for the buggy back to the lobby to re-validate again. Reconfirmed with the staff confirmed can used after validate, answer was yes! Again wait for the buggy back to room, again failed. That time was 2pm , weather was very hot. This really make us frustrated. Complaint to the lobby , n they are sending the manager came to assisted us. Been trying still not able to working. But they given another card to access the room and let us rest n wait inside the room first upon waiting they settle the card access issue. Good was end up had been settled. Room : cozy n nice but with many blacks ants. Although it won’t bite, but still feel disgusting. The worst part was the sound proof!! Totally cannot accept because the wall between each room was build by the board or partition but not bricks. Early morning 7am can heard next room switch on the tv. And it was very annoying n make everyone of us can’t have a good sleep. TV not functioning at all. Connect to the WiFi but keep showing no network. Kids can’t enjoy the YouTube when waiting for outing. Restaurant: so far we tried Korean bbq n Thai restaurant. The taste were good n satisfied. But still too pricey for us. But ok to tried. Massage : perfect !! N reasonable price as hotel guest. Not bad. Splash zone : good water park. Indoor but water was cold. One thing dissatisfied was the water park didn’t have towel rental service even for hotel guests. We did not prepared anything. After swimming, standing outside the park n waiting for the buggy were quite tortured as feel cold with windy weather in the evening. Enchanted Forest : did not met our expectations. Not really worth to visit. Safari : normal. Not so big. But kids enjoyed it. Dino desert : many types of dinosaurs. Overall ok if really a dinosaurs fans. 3days 2 nights Juz good enough. If you ask me will still go back again? The answer is : will see… overall was not that bad but oso not that good enough.

Booked a one-night stay because we wanted to fully maximise the time of the Ramadhan Buffet. We were surprised of how spacious Cinnamon Coffee House was! The crowd was huge, but everyone seemed comfortable. The food spread was top notch; we were spoilt for choice! It was also to celebrate my husband’s belated birthday, and he truly enjoyed it. As for the room, we loved it - especially my daughter who enjoyed the bathtub (since the pool was closed for renovation works). We requested a late check-out, and was granted. Every staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely repeat!

Had a wonderful stay at Espira Kinrara! The breakfast was really good with a nice variety of food and friendly service. We were lucky to get a room right in front of the kids’ pool, which was perfect for our family — the kids had a great time! The environment was clean, peaceful, and family-friendly. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we’d definitely love to come back again!

This was a room-only plan. The room was very clean, so much so that I felt comfortable walking barefoot. The shower had consistent water pressure and temperature. There's a fridge and microwave, and since it's connected to the neighboring shopping mall, you can store and heat up your purchases without worrying about the rain.
