"Originally booked for 3 nights, the first day of check-in was about 9 o'clock in the evening, the front desk was off work, I needed to call their office to get the password, and then open the key box at the door. The whole experience was not very good. The service could not keep up. Later I learned that there was no night shift because there were not many rooms. Entering the room, I found that the room was different from the photo. Although the layout was the same, the real room was old and the lights were cold (the bedside lamp was smacked for a long time and it was not turned on). Later, I asked to retreat, and nothing in the room moved. The next day, the front desk and I confirmed that the first night's room rate was charged, and the later could be refunded. The overall feeling is still thanks to the hotel's willingness to refund, and the room facilities and night front desk service are recommended to be improved."
