The design is superb, the hotel is worth visiting. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The breakfast is also good, with many options, but the serving speed is a bit slow. Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.

Guest UserI had a wonderful stay at Soft Hotel in Warsaw. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were stylish, quiet, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any request. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a good variety of food. The location is also excellent, with easy access to the city center and public transport. I especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend Soft Hotel to anyone visiting Warsaw.

Guest UserLocation: Close to a tram/bus stop, allowing you to reach the city center and main attractions in 20 minutes, though Warsaw's public transport can get quite crowded.
Surroundings: There's a fantastic park nearby, great for a morning stroll with lots of animals – that was a pleasant surprise.
Facilities: There's a swimming pool, but it tends to get busy in the evenings.
Room: Four-star quality, and it's rare to find disposable slippers in Europe, which was a nice touch.

It was my third stay at this hotel. I was very happy with my first ones.
This time I was unlucky getting a very noisy room . I believe there is a problem window . because previous times my room was also facing the road but it was pretty quiet inside. This time it felt there was no widow at all. Tried to open and shut it again multiple times but it did not help

The hotel isn't far from the airport, a taxi ride costs about 30 PLN (approx. €7). They don't offer airport pick-up, but there's a free drop-off service (just inform the front desk in advance, and a taxi will be waiting outside the next day; just tell them your room number when you get in).
Remember to bring your own toiletries and slippers (none are provided in the room, though you can probably get them from the front desk if you ask). Also, bring a travel adapter. There's no bottled water in the room, but you can ask the front desk for some – be specific about what you want, otherwise, they might give you sparkling water (perhaps that's what locals drink more often).
The breakfast selection is plentiful, with lots of dairy products, and you can even make your own fresh juice. The in-room facilities are decent and meet expectations. Recommended! 👍

Guest UserThis hotel is conveniently located near the center of Warsaw and close to the main train station, about a 900-meter walk upon arrival. It's situated right at a crossroads, and directly opposite is the iconic Palace of Culture and Science, a landmark from the Soviet era. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor and another downstairs; the ground floor dining area offers a better ambiance. Breakfast wasn't particularly extensive. The rooms are of standard size.

Sh4FFI wholeheartedly recommend a stay at the InterContinental Warsaw! My wife and I had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary here. From the moment we walked in, we were met with incredibly pleasant and professional service, and a lovely anniversary surprise was waiting for us in our room – a truly wonderful gesture from the hotel.
Our room was exceptionally quiet and comfortable, and the view of the Palace of Culture and the Złota 44 skyscraper from it was absolutely breathtaking. Our mornings were made even better by the very rich, diverse, and top-notch breakfast spread.
One of the hotel's big advantages is the entire recreational area. I really appreciated the unlimited access to the gym, located on the top floor, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the palace while working out. Additionally, as part of our room reservation, we had the option to book an hour-long session at the pool, which was the perfect, hassle-free complement to our relaxation. All in all, it made for a perfect trip that we'll definitely cherish in our memories!

Excellent location. 3 minutes from the train to & from airport. 5 minutes from train station to other cities.
Service is good, hotel is clean, breakfast is above average.
Bed a little bit too soft for me.
I will recommend this hotel for Warsaw!
