Take the train from Airport and arrive at Warszawa Śródmieście railway station, walk up the stairs and you see Polonia Palace hotel! We are so happy and in luck! We arrived at 9 am and the room is ready for us! This is record breaking check in time!
Room is perfect with a window view of Palace of culture and Science. Room is clean and very spacious! Breakfast is very good! Service is excellent! Will definitely recommend this hotel!
Excellent choice for first time visitors . The location is perfect, the airport is only one train right away. The hotel has a beautiful view of the culture Palace . Please don’t miss swimming on the 41st floor the highest swimming pool in the city. The breakfast is great and the service is excellent. I will stay here again if I visit Warsaw again.
In terms of value, this place definitely beats many famous hotels. It's spacious and affordable, with rooms available for just 500. Buses and trams run directly to the city center, a 3-minute walk away. The airport is only 15 minutes away by Uber or Bolt. The decor is stylish and industrial, with hipster-inspired common areas.
Location: Close to a tram/bus stop, allowing you to reach the city center and main attractions in 20 minutes, though Warsaw's public transport can get quite crowded.
Surroundings: There's a fantastic park nearby, great for a morning stroll with lots of animals – that was a pleasant surprise.
Facilities: There's a swimming pool, but it tends to get busy in the evenings.
Room: Four-star quality, and it's rare to find disposable slippers in Europe, which was a nice touch.
The stay was nice overall. The staff tried their best to accommodate our requests, and the housekeepers were friendly despite having some difficulty communicating in English.
However, there are some points that disappointed us:
- There was bottled water labeled ”still water” in the room, but it was in fact sparkling. We had to call the front desk every day to get actual still water.
-The kettle wasn’t working and actually gave my partner an electric shock. It could have ended very badly.
-The shower water was either boiling hot or ice cold; there was no in-between, so we couldn’t enjoy a relaxing shower.
- I know that the hotel values sustainability; however, I accidentally spilled some ketchup on the bed. I placed the card stating ”if you want the bedding changed, put this note on the bed,” but to my surprise, the sheets were not changed after housekeeping, and the stain was still there.
- The heater/AC was VERY LOUD
- And our biggest deception was the fact that the pool was closed and we didn’t get notified at all about it, we chose this hotel over another one because we wanted to try it.
Excellent, very satisfied! Plus, the front desk staff can speak Chinese, which is a huge bonus. Overall, a fantastic experience, and the location is super convenient. The service and general vibe were top-notch. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.
Hotel is very smart choice for travelers who think about price ratio to the quality. I'm happy for a stay and I was planning to stay longer but there was no availability so I changed hotel. The only disadvantage was temperature controller that didn't work as it should
Located right in the heart of Warsaw, this hotel offers a wonderfully convenient base for exploring the city. I stayed in a corner room with a bathtub, which was perfectly sized for a solo traveler and impressively functional. In the evening, the room is wrapped in warm, cozy lighting, making it an ideal space to unwind after a long day.
I also recommend checking out the rooftop bar — a great spot to enjoy a drink while taking in beautiful city views.
Hotel is just across the airport, perfect location. The room was not fully prepared for the guests of two while the reservation was done in advance .When arriving at night and needing to wait an hour to get towels, isn’t best experience. Appreciate the help of the receptionist who in the end took care of everything.
The design is superb, the hotel is worth visiting. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The breakfast is also good, with many options, but the serving speed is a bit slow. Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.

PPrince of PusanThe hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional.
The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel.
Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.

EEvgeny ShIt was my third stay at this hotel. I was very happy with my first ones.
This time I was unlucky getting a very noisy room . I believe there is a problem window . because previous times my room was also facing the road but it was pretty quiet inside. This time it felt there was no widow at all. Tried to open and shut it again multiple times but it did not help
JJay Kay (Kinatsu)My first time travelling to Poland. I came to Warsaw for ElSol Fall Latin Dance Festival. Hotel location is good, only 10-15 minutes drive from Chopina Warszawa Airport. Helpful, friendly and professional staff that are fluent in English. I was happy with the room and its cleanliness. Location may be 15-20 minutes drive to city and its main tourist attraction sites, but with Bolt App you can easily get a taxi to anywhere. Buffet breakfast was ok, but very convenient to start your day. They have restaurant and gym. My highlight is some of the dishes I tried at the restaurant, it was scrumptious. Overall I was content with my stay and happy to stay here again in the future.

GGuest UserGreat location! The hotel is located near to the Central Train Station, Palace of Culture, but a little bit far from Stare Miasto - Old Town. The rooms are excellent, they have everything you need. We slept on 11th with an amazing view towards the skyline of Warsaw. I absolutely recommend this place for your vacation or business trip.
