Hotels With Spa in Samarkand Region, Uzbekistan

An absolutely luxurious and stunning hotel! It's located just a short distance from Registan Square, amidst the mahalla's historic residential buildings. Three parrots live at the reception, one of which seems to talk. The hotel feels luxurious, like you're immersed in an oriental fairy tale and actually living it. The rooms are comfortable; we were well-appointed and fully equipped, and we rested well before exploring the city on foot. Each room was provided with four 0.5-liter bottles of water. This was a lifesaver for us, as it was hot and sunny; we took the water with us and drank it gratefully. A stroll from the hotel to Registan Square offers glimpses of historic residential buildings and inexpensive cafes. We liked Shokhrukh Nur and Historic. But for a more authentic experience, the Laghman Center is a better choice during lunchtime. Walking back from Registan Square, you can reach Shaboda Park, home to cafes and restaurants serving khalisa. So the hotel is very conveniently located for both tourist attractions and gastronomic tours. You can also book a family spa vacation at the hotel: you'll be greeted by a swimming pool and cool jacuzzi, as well as a hammam and steam room. We really enjoyed our stay here, thank you!

It is not up to a 5 star level for the below reasons 1) the facility looks new from the outside and superficially it is grand but the details reveal that this hotel is subpar, for example the gym facilities, the elevators, etc… looks like a standard holiday inn 2) the staff barely speak English and when you ask them something the attitude is mostly cold and unwelcoming, not helpful at all 3) the room facilities didn’t work most of the time, for example the shower buttons, the phone or the aircon 4) the breakfast selection is minimalist, with v limited varieties 5) the location is far from city center

We really liked the hotel. It’s new, clean, with nice rooms and a good breakfast. Conveniently close to the airport; it’s better to take a taxi to the main attractions, but everything is within about 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and genuinely try to help the guests.

Все понравилось: расположение, номер, завтраки. Все чисто, отличная сантехника, полотенца, шампунь, гель для душа, зубная щётка. В номере чайник,, чашки, чай, кофе. Хорошо работает кондиционер. Жили в 206 номере, вид из окна никакой, но нам не критично, в отеле были очень мало. Час спа бесплатно. Но спа не очень. Хамам не работал, вода в бассейне очень холодная и мутноватая, сауна хорошая, но в душе и в бассейне стойкий запах канализации. Есть терраса, с видом на старый город. Приветливая и милая администратор Азиза. В общем все было хорошо👍

The hotel is located on a main road in a nice surrounding environment. While not large, the decor and construction are in a lavish, upscale style. It's easy to get anywhere by taxi. The soundproofing is a bit problematic; you can hear everything outside clearly at night. The staff were very friendly and attentive, proactively calling to inquire about the weekend market we were going to. They even took us to the station when we checked out. The breakfast was quite good, with a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. There's a trendy restaurant downstairs that only sells hand-grabbed rice, but the rice soaked in dark oil was rather disappointing. Choose carefully.

The location is just okay. It's about 2-3km by taxi to the main attractions, but the main road outside the hotel is very congested, making it time-consuming to get a ride. The hotel facilities are good, and the decor is very new. In the morning, you can see the distant snow-capped mountains from your room. I really love the bed here; it's soft, cozy, and the largest among the three hotels I stayed at during this trip. The front desk service varies quite a bit. When I checked in, there were two male staff members who were rather indifferent. At the time, there was a Chinese tour group in the lobby, and it seemed someone was injured and needed assistance from the front desk, but they were quite unhelpful. However, the young lady I encountered when checking out was fantastic – very friendly and professional. Her name is Sevinch, and I hope everyone staying here gets to meet this kind front desk staff member.

酒店位於比比哈努姆清真寺附近，到景點位置適中，設施比較新，房間隔音不錯，乾淨整潔，早餐豐富多樣，門口的黃色ATM可以用美元換蘇姆，匯率和機場差不多，很好，總體性價比比較高。缺點是洗澡水忽冷忽熱，水温不穩定，還挺過一次水。ps.酒店對面的餐館是好吃不貴，很少有遊客去，都是本地人，推薦！

A very comfortable hotel, with excellent facilities, cleanliness, and service. I would stay here again if I visited Samarkand again. Although the hotel is located in an exhibition park outside the city, it's quite convenient to get to the old city using YandexGo. It's suitable for tourists who want to return to modern life after a day of sightseeing. If you prefer staying in the old city, then this might not be the best choice. The breakfast, while not as extensive as some star-rated hotels in China, is still plentiful, with all the local breakfast specialties to try. The coffee, however, is just average. The view of the park from the window is breathtaking. There was a minor issue; the capsule coffee machine in the room wasn't working. I didn't contact the staff, but it doesn't detract from the overall experience.

I couldn't meet the owner unless I called at the entrance, but he will rushed to me immediately. Very nice person. The courtyard is nice. The bathroom is large. It takes time to get hot water, but I took a warm shower. The atmosphere was very good so I want to stay again. And the location is great. It is very convenient because you can go within walking distance such as Registan Square.

A wonderful place, everything is new, clean, and beautiful. We didn't get around to the pool. There are some good cafes and grocery stores nearby, and a liquor store is 1 km away.
