Very nice hotel with great amenities; a welcome drink, pool, gym, and a spa (extra cost). There was also a rooftop space/bar (didn’t go to see) - the reception staff were very pushy to get people to attend giving a 10% discount for consumption.
The room was very nice and clean, a smart TV welcome with the guest name, free water, coffee and tea. There was also a smart panel to control the lights and air conditioning, it did get warm in the room and the temperature didn’t seem to correlate to the ac thermostat. The bed was comfortable however it was a hard mattress, may find it a little difficult to find comfort if used to a softer mattress.
The hotel is an art lovers paradise, there were artworks throughout the public spaces and room by the artist Boris Bućan - the hotel offered a guided tour to view all throughout the hotel. Great location and close to many tourist attractions, restaurants and supermarkets.
Very clean rooms, good beds, well equipped bathroom. Check in made quickly, in good English language. Eating in the restaurant, good price-performance ratio. The only thing we miss is breakfast. The selection is completely OK only the staff was overloaded this morning. When we went to breakfast at 7:30, a larger group had breakfast before us. There were no coffee cups instead of milk only came water from the coffee machine and the insect took long. No clean table in the breakfast room although 80% empty. Good that you could escape to the local. There could be better solutions. Otherwise we felt well.
Very close to the airport, ten euros is enough, no need to make an appointment in advance, Uber can call the car at any time. It is a bit far from the city. Breakfast is OK, there are grilled sausage food that Chinese people can eat.
Hotels outside Budapest, consider a hotel on the way back to the city for convenient parking. The room is acceptable and the service is average. Dinner in the hotel restaurant, not too expensive, the product is also decent, nodding the head but on the table, said to be free, but there is an inexplicable charge on the final bill, it is estimated that it is a disguised header charge.
The hotel itself is nice, but the room was very dirty. And I’m not talking about minor surface dirt - it was clear that proper cleaning had not been done for a long time. There were layers of dust, a dirty carpet, stained doors, etc.
We also booked parking, but no one explained where exactly we should go or how to enter. When we called the hotel from the parking area, no one opened the gate. We had to go to the hotel in person and ask again.
These are things hotel staff should explain proactively and clearly, rather than guests having to chase this information themselves. Overall, the hotel itself is not bad, but the dirt and the passivity of the staff completely spoil the experience.
This is a reputable hotel, and the environment, service, and quality are all guaranteed.
After checking in, we entered our room and were immediately hit with a faint smell of cigarette smoke. We complained, and the front desk promptly switched us to a fresh-smelling room. This reminded us that in the future, when booking, we must specify a non-smoking room.
The hotel breakfast was delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. The gym equipment was excellent. It's also quite close to important uptown attractions, reachable within a 15-minute walk.
The hotel is worth the price. I enjoyed the stay very much.
The room (twin bed) is large and clean. The staffs are also very friendly. Althought the food selection during the breakfast is a bit limited, but the taste is quite nice with a comfortable dining environment as well. The hotel location is a bit far from city centre, but there is a tram station nearby the hotel, which is within 2 to 3 minutes walking distance.
Our room type is a bit like 㓥 room
I don't know why there is a locker in the bathroom.
The design is a bit like the staff has a finished room
Older facilities, fewer breakfast options
Although there is a parking lot, it is very narrow.
The overall experience of the hotel is particularly good, the location is very convenient, and the travel and eating are very close. The room was clean and tidy, the hygiene was in place, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sleep was very stable. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out efficiency was very high, and the staff was gentle and polite. The toiletries are complete, the hot water is sufficient, the sound insulation effect is also good, quiet and not noisy. Very good value for money, full experience of staying, will choose this next time!

Great
GGuest UserNice and clean hotel with excellent service. Front desk was very helpful and recommended good eating places and helped take care of the car. Parking was very convenient just out in front of the hotel.

GGuest UserThe place is quite nice, especially its location which is very close to the city center and within walking distance. Breakfast was also good.

GGuest UserThe hotel is relatively new, with complete facilities and no peculiar smell. It is convenient for business travel. There are two large shopping malls within walking distance, which makes shopping convenient. There is a free indoor swimming pool and gym. The overall stay experience is very good. It is recommended for business travel and tourism shopping.
FFranco AldoExcellent hotel, just steps from lines 2 and 6, which take you to the city center in 10 minutes. Comfortable rooms, top-floor pool with spa. Delicious continental breakfast.
