The hotel has a great location, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making everything very convenient. The reception and overall service were excellent, and they even upgraded my room — very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast offered many options.
This time I stayed on the 14th floor, and the gym was right above. Early in the morning, there was loud noise from upstairs, which seriously affected my sleep.

I had a comfortable stay at Signature 1 Hotel in Barsha Heights. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped, with a cozy atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport, nearby restaurants, and Dubai’s main attractions. The hotel also offers good value for money considering the quality of service and amenities. A special thanks to the receptionists, MrArpan and Mr Mohamed, for making my check-out experience smooth and pleasant. They were professional, efficient, and friendly, leaving a great final impression of the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. The location was convenient, and the facilities were top-notch. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great hospitality.

We had a mixed experience during our stay at Signature One Hotel. The location is great, rooms are spacious, and the staff were polite. However, a few areas could definitely be improved to match guest expectations.
