I really enjoy my stay at this hotel, the rooms were neat and clean. It is good place near Ta hien to enjoy the night life of old quarters. A variety of restaurants are also nearby. The staff is really helpful and welcoming. Hotel also provides money exchange, I got good exchange rates as compared to other money exchange shops. Overall I will recommend this hotel to any one who wants to enjoy their stay in Old quarters.

i book this place in a rush but still get it cheaper,even if the when i get it is mower than the other places but i considered this one of the beat place i stay in hanoi actually extend my stay here for more than a week and the way they take care of me on my stay didn’t change it was amazing l.the location is very-good and the people working here here are very accommodating they are very helpful with everything.I highly suggested this place if you will stay in hanoi

I stayed here during the New Year holidays. Although it was festive and noisy outside, the hotel is located slightly away from the main area, so the noise level was minimal and didn't disturb my sleep. For breakfast, you can choose between Western and Vietnamese styles—both were high quality and delicious. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were also good.

I wouldn’t rate this as a four-star hotel. The cleaning standards were below expectations, and the breakfast options for vegans were very limited — I was only offered plain sticky rice and plain rice rolls that were supposed to contain mushrooms. My room was also quite noisy due to construction right outside the window. The rooms themselves are outdated, warm, and in need of renovation; the air conditioning is old and struggles to cool the space. The restaurant area is also small and uncomfortably hot. The staff, however, are extremely kind — and that’s the main reason this hotel deserves the rating I’m giving it.

Location is good and so many cafes and restaurants nearby. Can enjoy strolling around old quarter. Place is ok but there’s ongoing construction next to it…disrupting sleep.
