This hotel was a wonderful surprise. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, quiet, and had a lovely view. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The location made it easy to explore the city. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return for another visit.

Really liked the bed and the toilet in this room. It was very nice and clean! Really appreciate the room service as they helped to change my bathroom floor mat into a thicker version which helped with the water residue.. I did not really like the transportation though as there were no flat traffic lights nearby, only an overhead bridge to clarke quay and the floor had alottt of branches and wood which made walking difficult.. otherwise, thanks !

This hotel was really nice! The staff was super friendly and the food was quick and tasty. It’s a bit of a walk from the shops and malls, but the lobby is huge and there are plenty of food options.

The hotel felt dated and damp, with the sheets and duvet covers constantly feeling clammy. There was a loud, rumbling noise from some equipment directly below our room all night, making it extremely noisy. There was no Chinese-speaking service at the front desk, which made communication challenging when issues arose. Dining options nearby were very limited. However, public transportation was quite convenient, with easy access to buses and the subway to get anywhere.

The room appeared a lil dusty on the beds and the furnitures but overall is okay. Provided baby cot as requested and they have good customer service from the front desk, concierge and the restaurant staffs. Enjoyable for a night stay with my mini family.

The hotel is quite old, and the single bed is only 0.8 meters wide. The showerhead is fixed too. It's fine for one night, but I wouldn't recommend it if you have higher standards.
