Had a great stay here for 5 nights. Room cleaning service request can be made on TV which is wonderful. The shower head is the best. Charging cable also provided. Slippers are good too. Plenty of coffee and tea and other supplies provided at lobby.

Overall, it was a good stay, though the breakfast selection was a bit limited. This morning, I went at 9 AM and the coffee was already sold out, which was a bit embarrassing. However, the cleanliness and variety of items were still decent. The front desk staff, in particular, were very patient, and having complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. I would definitely come back again.

The location is decent, about a 5-minute walk from Kinshicho, which is quite convenient. However, the room is very small, making it a bit uncomfortable for a family of three to sleep. Kinshicho itself is lively and a commercial area, with everything you need.

✨ **Cleanliness**: Overall clean, the room was meticulously tidied. 🌿 **Environment**: Convenient location, lively surroundings. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. It's right next to Kinshicho Station, within walking distance, and the area is very lively with malls, drugstores, and various restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for daily life. 💁♂️ **Service**: Standardized service, no communication barriers. As a chain hotel, the service quality is consistent, and the staff are friendly. 🛌 **Facilities**: Small but comprehensive, though space is compact. This is a common characteristic of Tokyo hotels, and this hotel managed to be 'small but comprehensive' in terms of facilities. - **Toiletries**: This is a major highlight! The hotel offers a free, self-service selection of toiletries, which is very comprehensive, including shampoo, conditioner, facial cleanser, hair ties, and even bath salts, all of good quality. Overall, this is a hotel with great value for money, a convenient location, attentive service, and amazing toiletries. It's perfect for both short and long stays in Tokyo.

The room is clean and has very functional toilet. They provide unlimited coffee/tea and toiletries in the lobby area which you can easily access. We stayed for a week and the location was ideal. There are 7-11, family mart and local restaurants nearby. The staff are helpful and polite. Just one downside for me - their TV doesn't have YouTube or Netflix. We used screen cast from our phone to watch in the tv. If you plan to stay here, don't forget to sign up for Richmond membership. Regular checkout is 11AM but for Richmond hotel members, it's 12PM. Gives you an hour to relax and pack up.

The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Kinshicho South Plaza, and you'll pass various restaurants along the way. For our family trip, we booked a triple room, which was quite spacious for Tokyo standards – we could easily lay out our 29-inch suitcase. The bathroom was also a good size, with a separate shower and bathtub, and the toilet was in its own enclosure. The breakfast restaurant on the second floor had a decent selection, including various vegetables for making salads. There were several types of bread, all tasting good, along with coffee and soft drink machines. The laundry room on the 7th floor had five machines. A standard wash and dry cycle costs 500 yen and takes two hours. You can check the availability of the washing machines on the TV in your room. You need to swipe your card on the first floor to use the elevator, which adds to the security.

The room was small but I slept well. It was clean and odor-free. The lobby was simply decorated, and the front desk staff were really kind and welcoming. However, the sofa in the lobby was greasy, like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The facilities are basic. There were a lot of foreigners, and it's a budget-friendly hotel. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, dining, and other amenities. It's been a long time since I've seen Tokyo, and it's changed a lot. Plus, the weather was bad, which made it feel even more depressing – everything looked rusty. I'll have to go back and explore properly another time.
