Royal M Hotel Abu Dhabi by Gewan

My inaugural hotel experience in Abu Dhabi has been nothing short of exceptional. The ambiance, facilities, and overall hospitality are of the highest standard, with the team consistently ensuring our complete satisfaction throughout the duration of our stay. Particular commendation goes to Mr. Rashed and Ms. Dolly at the front desk, alongside Ms. Arbaya at the café, whose professional yet warm approach made us feel exceptionally welcome. Having spent the past two days here, I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the experience and eagerly look forward to returning for an extended stay upon my next visit to Abu Dhabi. Highly recommended.

Amazing and modern, didnt like the idea that i have to pay 200 extra to take a seat newr the pool though

Very good view. Staffs always smile. I’m quite satistfy with everything.

There was a lot of noise, and I could clearly hear people outside my room and I already reported the issue to the reception. There was no nearby supermarket, so I had to drive my car just to buy something to eat. The cleanliness did not meet the standard expected of a five-star hotel. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I would not choose to stay here again.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The swimming pool was dirty and did not appear to be properly maintained, which was quite unpleasant. We also requested towels, but unfortunately they never arrived despite waiting and following up. Additionally, the extra bed provided was very hard and uncomfortable, and there was no top mattress to make it more usable. Overall, these issues significantly affected our comfort and experience. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves their service and facilities.

I love this location its well priced and is centralized close to everything.

Great hotel with a nice pool and sea view. Breakfast was good and not to far away are local restaurants for evening meals
