Excellent stay experience. Jasmine Gevinch, the lovely lady at the front desk, helped me switch to a higher floor. Knowing I was traveling alone, she specially recommended the CHINOR restaurant, which is a local favorite with great value for money. When she learned about my habit of drinking a lot of water due to the hot weather, she had the staff send up 4 extra bottles of mineral water. Thumbs up for the attention to detail! Although the hotel is within walking distance of the old city, it's dustier because you pass by a construction site, so taking a taxi is more convenient. When using Yandex taxi, you need to set the pickup location to the hotel lobby level; otherwise, the car will automatically stop in the parking lot below. Joxongir, the concierge at the entrance, was super nice. He helped me carry my luggage from the front desk to the entrance and waited until my taxi arrived and the luggage was loaded before leaving. Despite the hot weather outside, he stayed to confirm the destination (the train station) with me and the driver before departing.

I stayed here for 3 nights on a solo trip. On my last day, my train schedule suddenly changed, departing an hour earlier. Even though it was early in the morning, I requested a transfer from the hotel to the train station. The staff member who checked me in was incredibly kind and helpful; despite my limited English, she made a great effort to understand me, and I really appreciated her hospitality. The driver who took me to the station was also very safe, and I was so grateful for the early morning ride. The breakfast was delicious too. The hotel had minimal amenities, so bringing your own toothbrush set is a must. Also, there was a distinctive scent throughout the hotel, but I got used to it after a few days. The shower had a slight sewage smell, but only when first turned on. I really enjoyed listening to the beautiful violin performances every evening, and being able to watch YouTube in my room was a nice touch.

The room was clean and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff were also very kind.

The hotel's location is not far from the old city, about a ten-minute taxi ride away. Just make sure the driver doesn't miss the entrance, as it's on the second floor. Overall, the hotel felt nice, the room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the staff were generally excellent. Recommended.

Despite the hotel claiming to be 5-star, the service and amenities only live up to a 3-star standard. The pool is only open during warmer months, so perhaps they should advertise their star rating accordingly. There's no bottled water in the room. While there's a SPA, there are no bathrobes provided in the rooms; guests have to go to the SPA in their regular clothes to get one. On top of that, the bathrobes are small and old. All the towels in the SPA are frayed and worn out. The staff is completely unwelcoming. The only pleasant impression was left by Jasmine, the front desk employee.

Excellent location and a very new hotel with warm and attentive service. The room was a little small, though.

The hotel has a typical American chain style; its decor and ambiance instantly made me feel like I was back in a North American hotel. The sauna and Turkish bath don't require reservations, but you need to inform the SPA front desk about half an hour before you plan to use them so they can be switched on. I visited during the off-season, so there weren't many guests. Most times I went, no one else was using them, which made the experience quite private. Breakfast was decent – nothing particularly amazing, but perfectly adequate. The lobby bar, however, was a pleasant surprise; the atmosphere was nice, and the drink prices were quite reasonable. The hotel's location is also good, about a 10-minute walk to the Historic Centre of Bukhara. The best thing about this hotel is that the higher floors offer panoramic views of the entire old city! This is very friendly for photography enthusiasts. I recommend going to the top floor for photos during sunrise or sunset; the view is excellent, and the windows can be opened, allowing you to extend your lens outside for fantastic panoramic shots of the ancient city. A few things to note: The overall room size is a bit small, which might be an issue depending on personal preference. There's a potential safety concern with the balcony door: even when locked from the inside, it can still be opened from the outside. I called the front desk to inquire, and they told me this is how all the rooms are, and I shouldn't worry. Personally, I still found it a bit unsettling. Overall, if you're a photography enthusiast and are looking for those high-floor views overlooking the Historic Centre of Bukhara, this hotel is definitely worth considering.
