Fantastic! I arrived late at night, and the staff member even came out to meet me at the entrance and helped me carry my luggage upstairs. The service was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended! The room was also very spacious and clean.

The hotel is ok, well located. The room window was interior and there were not views to the mountain, as I expected. The room had a funny smell coming up from the bathroom. You need to go to another building for breaktast and to use the gym.

This hotel is perfectly located right at the entrance of Shuhe Ancient Town, making it super convenient and wonderfully quiet. Plus, it's very clean. The standout, though, is the incredible service from the staff. They helped us bring our luggage all the way from the main entrance, and they were very flexible with breakfast times, even ensuring we had breakfast ready early for our trip to the snowy mountains. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay! The hot water was super hot, and the room heating was excellent. They even have a special power-saving card. Coming back after a day out, the room was always warm and cozy.
