The receptionist man was extremely helpful in directing us where to park and moved our 2 heavy luggages up the staircase to 2nd floor. The buffet breakfast was extremely well served, even with Prosecco. The restaurant was facing the garden which was so comfortable under the beautiful weather. The room was very cleaned and professionally equipped with all amenities. The building was a heritage building with lots of art pieces to admire. It was a very pleasant experience to stay here.

The room was spacious and the best room in the whole trip. The breakfast was not very varied, but the ingredients were good and very delicious! The location is excellent and it is very convenient to walk to the old town!

Loved our stay in Suite Fanny! Great staff, beautiful hotel gave us great recommendation to nearby restaurant! Definitely pay for parking lot less stressful! Our room was beautiful!

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Easy walking distance to town and main sights and attractions. The only tricky thing is the parking, however we quickly figured out to drive home via the roman amphitheater and that always got us a spot by the botanic garden wall less than a block from the hotel.

Booked VIP suite solely for the private sauna. It can only be operated via touchscreen mounted on the wall, which was not working properly. On a 3 day stay, maintenance and hotel staff members were in our room for two of those days trying to repair it, but ultimately were unsuccessful. We never used the sauna. Aside from that, staff is very friendly and helpful, and the property is very clean and beautiful. Without the sauna issue, I would definitely rate it 5 stars.
