This courtyard hotel is really unique. The environment and service are excellent, and the location is super convenient – right near the metro station and in the middle of a shopping street, making it perfect for exploring and dining.

This unique hotel is tucked away in the Dabao Island district, featuring a hundred-year-old 'liyuan' (courtyard house) architecture that's distinctly Qingdao. The retro corridors and open-air courtyard create a wonderful atmosphere for photos. The location is superb, with direct subway access, and both the Zhanqiao Pier and shopping areas are within walking distance. The rooms are clean, well-insulated, and equipped with new, smart facilities. The staff are responsive and helpful. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety, and there's a cafe and Western restaurant right in the courtyard. It offers great value for money and is perfect for visitors looking to truly explore the old city.

The suite offers excellent value for money, and the service is incredibly warm and welcoming. Located right on Zhongshan Road, it's super convenient for getting around. The pedestrian street, Pichaiyuan, and various local specialty snacks are all within walking distance. You can even walk to Zhanqiao Pier and Qingdao Station, making the location absolutely fantastic.

The hotel is located within a scenic area in the bustling city center, surrounded by pedestrian streets, and just a few hundred meters from the church. The tatami room is quite compact with no window, essentially just enough space for the bed. It's a good option if you're traveling; it's quite clean. There's no desk in the room. Getting around is super convenient, with a subway station right nearby, and plenty of BBQ spots and restaurants right outside the door.

The views are absolutely stunning and it's super close to the Zhanqiao Pier, so the location is fantastic. It's also very convenient to the subway. The room was really clean and the service was excellent. I'm very satisfied!

An excellent experience! This hotel boasts a unique blend of German and Chinese architectural styles. They offer complimentary coffee and drinks, and the front desk kindly upgraded my room for free. The soy milk at breakfast was delicious, and the bartender was very enthusiastic, even bringing me a cappuccino before I left. It's very close to Zhanqiao Pier, and Zhongshan Road is lined with shops. You can easily catch a taxi just a hundred meters or so away, making it very convenient. The hotel is also in the process of applying for intangible cultural heritage status. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Qingdao!

The location is super convenient, right in the heart of the main attractions, so you can pretty much walk everywhere. Plus, the room itself was surprisingly quiet. Since it's an old building, the hotel has a lot of character and a great atmosphere. They even gave me a complimentary cocktail, and the bar had a really nice vibe in the evening.

This historic hotel has a lot of character and is highly recommended. However, I wish the room cleaning was more thorough, and the exposed wires on the hairdryer are a safety concern and it should definitely be replaced.
