The hotel boasts a fantastic location right beneath the Tokyo Skytrain (Skytree). Just take the subway to Oshiage Station, use Exit B3, and it's right across the street—super easy to find. There's a supermarket downstairs that stays open until midnight, making shopping extremely convenient. Senso-ji Temple is within walking distance, and a popular viral salt bread bakery isn't far either. True to form, the room is small, barely enough to lay open two 24-inch suitcases. However, the layout is quite functional, and the wall hooks come in handy. The bed is relatively comfortable, and it felt fine for two of us sharing. The best part is that the window can open; we specifically looked for a hotel where we could open the windows this time, as many Japanese hotels have sealed windows that can feel quite suffocating. The bathroom is tiny, and the shower water pressure fluctuates, going hot and cold. Breakfast is quite good. When you sit down, the staff will ask if you'd like to order the freshly made cheese toast—salty, crispy, and very flavorful. The mini croissants also hit the spot for me; I loved them! Everything else was very fresh, and the little sausages were even juicy. The quality is great overall, definitely worth it. There are microwaves and vending machines on designated floors of the hotel. Check-in time is at 6:00 PM. We arrived at 4:00 PM and were told that early check-in costs 500 yen per hour, which was a bit speechless, but we paid it in the end... Using the gym and sauna also requires extra fees. Being used to various hotel perks back in China, I was quite surprised internally. Anyway, when in Rome, do as the Romans do. The front desk staff speak good English, making communication seamless. Taking location, facilities, and breakfast into account, it's an overall pretty good hotel, very hygienic and clean.

Clean good WiFi and very good food nearby. Oshiage station to both NRT and HND airport within 1 hour, to Gina etc with super convenient, good supermarket and restaurants in the adjacent shopping center. Very cheap and good breakfast outside the hotel. I joined the membership to come again and enjoyed extended stay. Very friendly staff speaking fluent English and Chinese!

The hotel room was very spacious, and the service was excellent! The facilities were complete, and everything was clean and hygienic. The hotel is located directly opposite the Tokyo Skytree, with a well-stocked shopping mall nearby. There are also several supermarkets in the vicinity, making it incredibly convenient for daily life, shopping, and transportation.

We stayed for seven nights with our kids, booking two rooms. Usually, I'd have a travel agency handle the hotel and car, which always ended up being expensive. This time, we booked everything ourselves and picked a hotel with an excellent location. The rooms were spacious and clean. There's a supermarket downstairs that's open until midnight, making shopping super convenient. The subway entrance is right outside, and with a subway card, getting anywhere was a breeze. Plus, the Skytree is directly across the street! All in all, the location is fantastic for getting around and perfect for independent travelers. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days, so my review should be quite insightful! **Excellent Location:** The subway station is right downstairs, with direct access to both Haneda and Narita airports. There are also many options for getting around the city. If you have luggage, I recommend using the B3 exit, which has a direct elevator; otherwise, you might question your life choices, as many subway exits in Japan are stairs. You can see the Tokyo Skytree right outside the hotel. Downstairs, there's a large Life supermarket where you can buy sushi and sashimi to enjoy in your room. The fresh milk is incredibly delicious and affordable – highly recommended, a must-try! Besides the supermarket, there's also a shopping mall next to the Skytree, featuring Uniqlo, Zara, Onitsuka Tiger, and Loft (from stationery to cosmetics, they have everything). There are also plenty of restaurant choices! **Hotel Service:** The staff are very friendly and speak fluent English. Although the rooms are small, they are very clean. Typically, rooms are cleaned every 3 days, but they offer daily towel changes, bed tidying, and trash removal. Of course, if you want daily full cleaning, you can select that option on the TV! The in-room TV is also a major source of information, providing Wi-Fi passwords, weather forecasts, and more! **Hotel Breakfast:** It's predominantly Western-style, with delicious food and a wide variety of choices. The salads and fruits are very fresh, the milk and coffee are great, and the pastries are tasty. There's even ice cream and a DIY waffle maker, which many guests love and sometimes requires a short wait! Japanese rice is famously expensive, but here it's unlimited. Pairing it with curry provides plenty of energy for the whole day. Plus, they have salmon for breakfast! The cheese toast is a must-order. I ate so much every morning that I sometimes skipped lunch. You absolutely *must* buy the breakfast! Don't say I didn't warn you – this is a steal you shouldn't miss. You can practically leave all your toiletries at home and use the ones provided by the hotel, which are from Pola. This frees up space for all your shopping, as Japan is a great place to shop, with favorable exchange rates and tax-free options!

So satisfied that I almost don't want to recommend it too much, just in case it becomes too popular and hard to book in the future. The hotel entrance is right on the right side of the road after exiting the B3 elevator at Oshiage Station. The lobby is on the 5th floor. The front desk staff were polite and professional, and importantly, their English was quite good, so communication was seamless. I had originally booked a triple room several months in advance, but halfway through my trip, I happened to check the website and found that a quad room was actually a bit cheaper than the triple. I quickly canceled the old booking and rebooked. When I got to the room, there were four beds, and even with that, we had no problem opening two large suitcases simultaneously. Across from the hotel is the Tokyo Skytree Town mall, which is an excellent choice for casual shopping and dining if you're not looking for luxury brands. On the first floor of the hotel, there's a huge two-story Life supermarket open until midnight, offering a much wider selection than a convenience store. Senso-ji Temple is within a two-kilometer walk, but we didn't have time to visit. To save time getting back to Haneda Airport, we still opted for the direct Asakusa Express train; however, the bus stop is also very close to the hotel.

Staying at a hotel in Tokyo, near Oshiage subway station, less than 200 meters from Tokyo Skytree. It's incredibly convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The hotel room, though small, is clean and beautiful. The bed is very comfortable, and the breakfast is fantastic and very diverse.
