Tokyu Stay Nishi Shinjuku

I was quite disappointed with the service at Tokyu Stay Nishi-Shinjuku. The staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful, and I was surprised when I was asked to dispose of my own rubbish. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the staff did not clearly explain where the rubbish bin was located. I had to walk all the way to the back to look for it myself, which was inconvenient and could have been avoided with proper guidance from the staff. Overall, the service was underwhelming and did not meet my expectations. I understand that every hotel has its own policies, but I believe clear communication and basic hospitality are important. I hope the hotel will improve its staff service and guest experience in the future.

Good location. Close to bus and subway. Room is reasonable. Have own washing machine and microwave. Has storage area foe guest. Room is comfortable

Great and affordable hotel. Chose this as it's near to my tour meet up point. It's a few bus stops away from the Shinjuku station.

Nice location. But the room is quite small. You can’t bring the 32’ luggage. But the room is fully equipped with every neccessaties. Even with washer and dryer. Lobby have FREE FLOW COFFEE MACHINE!!!! And Ice cube machine !!!

Excellent stay in a quiet area of Shinjuku. Clean and comfortable room with the added convenience of an in-room washer-dryer and microwave. Close to Nishi-Shinjuku Station, convenience stores, and dining options. Friendly staff and great value for a Tokyo stay. Would happily stay here again. 😊🏨✨

I don’t have much picture for this place but is really convenient. There’s a pharmacy across the traffic light near uphill having very reasonable price with open 24/7. Can go shopping whenever you’re back from attractions spots. Strategic place to metro as well.

The hotel is conveniently located and room is sufficient in space for 2 people.
