Holiday Inn Express XIAMEN AIRPORT ZONE by IHG

Choosing this hotel was an excellent decision! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, helped us with our luggage, and even brought it up to our room. We had a fantastic sea view right from our window. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, and the staff at the front desk were very patient and helpful, giving us tips on places to visit and local snacks to try in Xiamen. All in all, it was a truly wonderful experience!

I originally booked a queen room, but the hotel receptionist, Xiao Feng, upgraded me for free to a sea view queen room, which was really nice! 👍 The sea view room had a particularly good view and a very open outlook. 👍

Stayed here for a business trip. I want to give a shout-out to Fan at the front desk for excellent service. The ocean view room was also a plus, with a great view.

The room layout is well-designed and the space is quite generous. However, there's a persistent musty smell that just won't go away. It's quite a departure from the usual Holiday Inn brand standards. On the positive side, the service was very enthusiastic. Of course, the price was also pretty reasonable.

Holiday Inn Express is always my top choice when I travel. The Xiamen Lingang location has the most beautiful views, new facilities, great service, and a fantastic breakfast. It's right next to the coastal boardwalk, making it convenient to get anywhere by taxi. Front desk staff, Xiao Fan, the person who checked me in last night (sorry, I forgot her name!), and the housekeeping staff were all very dedicated and provided excellent service.

This hotel is super upscale and spotless. You can even catch a glimpse of the sea from the hallway, making it perfect for couples looking for photo opportunities. It's also great for families and business travelers. It's very quiet and peaceful, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread is extensive, and it's not far from the shopping district. The front desk and housekeeping services are excellent. I even left my ID behind, and a staff member named Xiao Zhang from the front desk promptly called me to let me know. They even arranged for a rider to deliver it right to me – I really appreciate that! I'll definitely be staying here again 🌹

The hotel facilities are complete, clean, and tidy, and the transportation is convenient. Front desk staff Jack and Xiao Li were enthusiastic and thoughtful. They proactively upgraded my room and informed me about important details. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options and tasted delicious, and the service staff were also warm and attentive.
