Chateau de Khaoyai Hotel & Resort

The view from the hotel is amazing, the rooms are nice, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is great—not too far in, making it easy to find food nearby. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again. The property is also very spacious.

The power went out at 10 PM while I was sleeping. They said it would be fixed in half an hour, but it dragged on until midnight before I finally got moved to a new room. Knowing how dark Khao Yai gets, it was even scarier when the power went out. I overheard in the restaurant that the power might not be back until 2 AM. I'm so done with this place. It's a shame, I came because of the hotel's name, but after this experience, I probably won't be back. I called reception, but they did nothing and didn't even pick up the phone. When I went downstairs, I met a staff member who said they had to answer customer calls. Am I not a customer? Why didn't they answer my calls? My calls weren't going through during the blackout. And they still made us change rooms. If they hadn't, I would have gone crazy during those 4 hours.

This hotel is so beautiful, it's almost a waste of the word! Very private with an amazing atmosphere.

Breakfast was very delicious. Most of the staff didn't greet us or smile. The grounds are vast, with multiple accommodation buildings. The room amenities were good, but items were consistently forgotten during room cleaning. The pool lacks shade, making it unsuitable for lounging by the poolside, but the water is clean. There are changing rooms, showers, and towels near the pool, but staff, even if present, completely ignored us and didn't greet us. During our stay, about four staff members were kind and greeted us, but all other staff members we passed didn't even acknowledge us. The breakfast restaurant staff's unfriendliness was the worst I've ever experienced, rating it a 1 out of 5.

The accommodation is very beautiful and worth the price. The atmosphere is great.

The atmosphere was nice, but the food was just average. The room wasn't particularly impressive either. The swimming pool is in a separate building, which makes it really inconvenient to use, and I'm not even sure if it's open for guests.

Beautiful place, spacious room, large bed, and a wide variety of delicious food.
