"The hotel is beautiful and the service is great. I appreciate how they handled a problem I had, though I won't go into detail. The hotel resolved the issue professionally, even though the mistake might have been due to carelessness or a lack of professionalism on their part. They still did their best to fix it, and I have no complaints. The room is lovely, and the view from the room is beautiful. The water pressure is strong, and the air conditioning is cold. However, I have noticed that almost every hotel in this chain, which I've stayed at in nearly every province, has issues with TV signal. Even though I personally don't use the TV much, I wanted to mention it. Especially here, the signal was practically unusable. I'm not sure if it's the same system nationwide, as I always encounter TV signal problems whenever I stay at one of their hotels. I'm someone who likes to check everything in the room to see if it works, regardless of whether I'll personally use it or not. I recommend this hotel. If they fix the issues I mentioned, I think next time I'll be saying it's highly recommended!👍"
