I had a great stay and honestly have very little to complain about, so I’m giving the hotel a full score. The only downside is that prices can get extremely high during holidays, but that is more about peak-season pricing in Tokyo than a problem with the hotel itself.
The hotel is very foreigner-friendly. A large number of the staff speak English, and I was able to communicate in English almost without any difficulty throughout my stay. Everyone I interacted with was polite and helpful.
The breakfast was particularly impressive. There was a wide variety of food, and they didn’t simply serve exactly the same dishes every day. There were new dishes to try each morning, the food tasted fresh, and the hotel also offered some of its own specialties. This made breakfast much more enjoyable, especially for a multi-night stay.
The location is also extremely convenient, particularly for international travelers who rely on public transportation to explore Tokyo.
Overall, aside from the high prices during holidays, I had no real complaints about the hotel itself. I would definitely consider staying here again when the price is reasonable.
