The room was very clean and well maintained, and the concierge staff were polite and professional. I also appreciated that there was no deposit required, which is refreshing compared to many hotels I have stayed at in other parts of the country. The pool is located on the top floor and offers great city views, especially from the 25th floor, which is also the highest level of the building. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. The bath towel was large, the water pressure at the sink was extremely good, and small details like a clean, unbroken mug were taken care of. The fridge was working well, and the room also came with an iron and ironing board, which was very convenient. Overall, the facilities met expectations and made the stay comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety, particularly the hot drinks selection. There was a proper coffee machine that grinds actual coffee beans, which was a nice touch. One thing that felt slightly inefficient was that breakfast seating was not free seating and required staff to assign tables, which took extra time for both guests and staff. There were only a few minor issues. Some corners near the glass windows could use more detailed cleaning. Housekeeping missed the daily room make-up because I was sleeping in until around 12.30 pm, and they did not return later to check. Additionally, the shower area does not have a door, so water tends to splash into the toilet area. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with strong positives that outweighed the small drawbacks, and I would still consider staying here again.

The room was not clean at all, dirty walls.i saw bed bugs when i wake up going to my pillow I checked out immediately although my plane it scheduled to be at 8:40 pm The bathroom is good

Very nice experience stay at Hilton Inn Garden South. Booked a single room for 4 days stay. Overall experience is good. Staff are very friendly. Room full with amenities shower gel, lotion,shamppoo and conditioner. They provide iron in room too. Room is clean and got small table to do some work.
