Staying at The Peninsula Hong Kong is the ultimate journey into legend and unparalleled luxury. From the moment of arrival, the iconic white-uniformed doormen and the Rolls-Royce fleet immediately set an extraordinary tone. The Lobby's classic string quartet melodies resonate, where history and modern luxury intertwine. The guest rooms are a perfect blend of elegance and technology, with classic decor concealing a fully smart control system. A simple touch of the panel adjusts lighting, curtains, and air conditioning. The spacious and bright marble bathroom features a deep soaking tub by the window, allowing you to admire the dazzling Victoria Harbour night view while bathing. The service is nothing short of art; the staff possess an uncanny ability to anticipate needs. From accurately remembering guests' surnames to thoughtfully arranging itinerary details, their profound expertise is evident in every interaction. The Michelin-starred restaurants and classic afternoon tea are truly a feast for the senses. This isn't just a stay; it's an immersion into a timeless legend of luxury.

The Peninsula is definitely worth staying at again and again. My last visit was during the Chinese New Year in 2024, and this time the front desk specifically asked if I was okay with staying in the same room as before. That was very thoughtful. The service is professional: they're there when you need them, and they won't disturb you when you don't.

The location is excellent, close to both the shopping mall and Victoria Harbour. The room is spacious. The service was very warm and welcoming; they even gave us chocolates and essential oil diffusers, and housekeeping was prompt and efficient. The only minor downsides were the old hairdryer and the unknown brands of toiletries.

This has always been my go-to hotel whenever I visit Hong Kong. Dining at Gaddi's is a must, and the service is consistently excellent, as always. With Harbour City right on its doorstep and stunning Victoria Harbour views from the window, it truly lives up to its nickname as 'The Grande Dame of the Far East'.

Facilities: Despite having opened some time ago, the hotel's facilities are still in excellent condition and feel very modern. Ambiance: The lobby is incredibly spacious, and there's a lovely fountain right at the entrance. Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean and tidy, with absolutely no unpleasant smells. Service: From the moment we stepped in, someone proactively offered to help with our luggage. The front desk staff who checked us in were extremely polite and even asked if we'd like to be escorted to our room. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic! I'll definitely be staying at The Peninsula Hotel again next year.
