Had a great stay at Awana Genting Resort! Everything was nice and comfortable. 😊 Hopefully the escalator to GPO can be completed soon, so guests can easily walk over without having to cross the road. Overall, really enjoyed my stay and definitely will come again! 👍🏻
The location perfect for those wanna relax and go for shopping at Genting Premium Outlet. Very near to GPO and have nice view to golf field. Even provide shuttle bus to several spots. This is my third times to stay at there and also will be the last time. The service at front counter need to be improve especially check-in process ( time consuming ). It will be nicer that the senior female attendant can be more friendly. No hotel shoes and laundry bags provided in room. Swimming pool a bit far from room ( may get cold while walking back).
The environment is superb nice and huge place for breakfast area…we enjoy the breakfast with superb good view…weather is chilling around 18-20c…perfect for me. However, the hotel need to upkeep their maintenance and cleanness too…can you imagine, the cup in my room still with a lipstick mark there, toilet cups not clean at all…
Room is spacious, good for families with young children. Room comes with 2 queen size bed. There is free shuttle bus to the premium outlet where the cable car is. Hotel comes with a nice gym, good for those who workout.

The twin room we booked was very spacious and bright, with fresh air and a beautiful view. It took a long time to redeem the complimentary cable car tickets, which was a bit inconvenient, but the cable car ride itself is definitely a must-do.
This was our second stay here, and we loved it just as much as the first. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, and the heated pool is definitely highlight.

If you want to just chill, this is the place… peace and quiet… enjoy the views of mountains and passing low clouds that sometimes envelope the surrounding. Iif you want to see more people, shops and food, you are s bus shuttle away or you can always e-hail a ride.
