What made our experience even more special was the thoughtful effort from the staff. They organized fun activities and games for the kids, which kept them entertained and happy throughout our stay. It truly made the check-in and overall experience enjoyable and memorable for our family.
We sincerely hope the hotel continues to arrange such engaging programs for children in the future. It would be great to see more hotels like this in Kuala Lumpur, offering family-friendly staycation options.

Considering there is already a buffet in the food hall, this change feels inconsistent. Hope the hotel improves this.
We were given meal vouchers for breakfast which we chose from 3 types of set meals. We could add on buffet for RM35 per adult and RM15 per kid.
The kids and hubby enjoyed swimming in the heated pool on a cool misty morning. Really enjoyed the calm and cooling vibes of this hotel. Spacious and relaxing. There were also play area and activities for kids.
There was a shuttle bus to Awana Central, every hour and on time. The only thing is that we needed to take shuttle bus and Skyway for both days we went up to Genting Theme Park, which we already knew and booked the Skyway tickets in advance.
