Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel

I was very satisfied with the hotel's location. The room had a gorgeous ocean view overlooking the beautiful Tokyo Bay. The free shuttle service made getting to the airport extremely convenient and fast. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. It's also very close to Disney with a reasonable price, and you can even see the back of the park from the room. Unfortunately, maybe because it was the day before a public holiday, the check-in line around 7 PM was extremely long. My friends arrived at 8 or 9 PM and all had to wait in long queues as well. Hopefully, they can improve the check-in efficiency.

The room was clean and tidy, which I was very satisfied with, although the bathroom was a bit small. Check-in was quick, and I could store my luggage for free. There were two bottles of water in the room, and a toothbrush and toothpaste were provided. You could also grab more from the lobby, along with facial cleanser and lotion, though they weren't the best quality. The hotel is directly across from Bayside Station, making it super convenient for getting to Disney. Recently, you can also exit the park through Fantasy Springs, saving a trip on the monorail.

The room does not provide bathrobes or razors. The room size is decent, with four beds, making it great for family trips. It's very convenient for visiting Disneyland; Seaside Station is close to the hotel, and the resort line goes directly there.

The hotel's location is great, very convenient. The room size was decent, but as soon as I entered, there was a strong smell of disinfectant. I stayed for 3 days and didn't get a good night's sleep once. The people upstairs were constantly running around, making thumping noises from the afternoon until the early hours of the morning, making it impossible to sleep. On the last night, I couldn't take it anymore and called to complain. The hotel staff confirmed that it was indeed the guests upstairs running around and said they had already spoken to them, but the problem was never resolved! I'm truly impressed with the hotel; their solution to feedback about not being able to sleep due to noisy upstairs neighbors was simply, "we've already told them several times." The breakfast buffet offered quite a few choices, but the taste was just average.

The room had four beds pushed together, which was perfect for co-sleeping with a baby.
